I thoroughly enjoyed all the short stories, although the book itself was very long. I love reading short story books because I always leave the book recalling my favorites. They linger:)

I had to read this for my world cultural literature class. Some of the stories were good and others were not so much. It was interesting to see what other cultures value and decide to write about compared to the usual short stories that I've read from England or America. Because of some of the different cultural aspects some of the stories just weren't too interesting to me.
