This book was straight to the point and had a lot of valuable information. I love that the scripts were simple and relatively easy to remember as well as the fact that they aren't full of bull like most other scripts out there.
This was a nice and quick easy read because the 2nd half of the books is all scripts. I’ve learned some good lines that i use when talking with clients. I strongly recommend this to realtors or anyone who wants to know how to say things in a nicer way.
Good book. I feel more confident in starting my real estate career by reading this book. I plan on doing the bonus course once I'm able to sell a house or two.
pretty standard Keller Williams bold scripts, not much else
I was excited at first. Then i realized this book is pretty much a repeat of the bold class Keller Williams offers agents, at least the older version from a few years ago. tough content to just soak up in a book. But if you have no access to any live training near you, then sure, read this book.
Like any other self starter book. This book offered most of the same generic insight on how to be successful in your real estate career. I will say what did make this book worth the read was the scripts provided at the end. I found those more useful than the read itself.
