Partners in Crime: The Clintons' Scheme to Monetize the White House for Personal Profit

Rate this book
In Partners in Crime, two-time No. 1 New York Times bestselling author Jerome Corsi presents the detailed research and expert testimony proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Clinton Foundation is “a vast, criminal conspiracy,” also described in these pages as “a slush fund for grifters.”

Corsi exposes how the Clintons amassed hundreds of millions of dollars in personal net worth, while building a $2 billion empire in the Clinton Foundation. The victims are countless thousands of honest people who contributed their hard-earned money to what they thought were philanthropic causes. The sordid tale involves suspicion of Enron-like fraudulent accounting practices by none less than PricewaterhouseCoopers, a “Big Four” firm, as well as the several “shell corporations” and “pass-through” bank accounts Bill Clinton has established in secret to hide what amount to kickbacks from Clinton Foundation donors and sponsors.

In Partners in Crime, Corsi provides readers the names and addresses of state attorney generals throughout the country, explaining that any one state in the Union can get a temporary restraining order from a state judge to place the Clinton Foundation in receivership and launch law enforcement examinations of Clinton Family philanthropic fraud accomplished on a global scale.

It is not enough, Corsi concludes, to appeal to Hillary Clinton to withdraw from the 2016 presidential race in disgrace. A national campaign to “Shut Down the Clinton Foundation” must be launched, Corsi insists, to prevent Barack Obama and other heads of state worldwide from following the Clinton Family crime formula to create their own “charitable foundations” to enrich themselves upon leaving office.

This is a detailed accounting of the ways Bill and Hillary have used the Clinton Foundation and Hillary's office of Secretary of State to exploit suffering people (and foreigners who wanted something from the U.S.) in order to bolster their own bottom line. The documentation is fairly dull, with financial charts, long explanations, and listing of the various sub-foundations and "initiatives" -- but the crimes are horrific. The projects include support for the victims of major earthquakes in India and Haiti; very little of the money raised was actually spent to help the homeless victims, most of whom are still homeless and hungry. Then there's CHAI, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, purported to provide drugs to be distributed to HIV+ people in Africa. The drugs were manufactured by an Indian pharmaceutical company, and they were substandard, but distributed anyway. The head of the pharmaceutical company is in prison in the United States. For some reason, CHAI was inactivated, and CHAI-1 took its place; however, somehow $17 million went missing between CHAI and CHAI-1.

I quote the book:

"A central argument of this book is that the Clintons have used their foundation as an intentionally complex structure to divert hundreds of millions of dollars, accomplished largely through fraudulent accounting, to benefit themselves and close associates, including Doug Band, Ira Magaziner, Cheryl Mills, and Huma Abedin. The Clinton get-rich-quick formula has been simple: a complex charity structure with multiple subdivisions and separate corporations, haphazard IRS applications, virtually incomprehensible financial reporting in which six-figure speaking fees are comfortably mixed with CGI [Clinton Global Initiative] pledges that may or may not materialize and that may or may not be run through one of the various Clinton Foundation subgroups, with ample opportunities to participate in foundation-related business ventures through a largely secret investment structure, as was created in WJC Investments LP, LLC, with a shell-company pass-through account cleverly arranged in WJC to hide money even from IRS auditors. Today, most estimates put the Clintons' combined net worth at between $100 million and $200 million."

Not bad for a couple who were broke, according to Hillary, when they left the White House.

C = Crime
C = Corruption

This is a very well researched and documented book of how the Clinton's operate their Foundation. Some of the "players" associated with the Clinton's have even been convicted of crimes and are in jail.

The Clinton Foundation was created out of Bill Clinton raising money for his Presidential library. Somewhere along the line, Bill saw an opportunity to make money when India suffered a hurricane around 2001 and the organization switched to a charitable organization. Although Bill Clinton presented his Foundation as a charitable organization, they did not submit the proper paperwork to the IRS to be a charitable organization until years later when Hillary wanted to run for president and questions started to arise about the Clinton Foundation.

So much corruption in this organization from combining organizational financial statements when they weren't suppose to, to missing $17 MILLION DOLLARS between December 31st of one year and January 1st of the following year. And so much in-between. Their disregard for following the rules and even the laws of this country are well documented in this book. It's utterly amazing this organization hasn't been shut down. Corruption, crime, unethical, lawlessness, and greed.

I read about half of this book before it was due back at the library. I liked it, though it got tiring to read of the Clintons' corruption over and over again.

I particularly liked the section on the Clintons' AIDS scams in Africa. They make generic AIDS drugs that don't have the same effectiveness then up the price and take the profit. There is no accounting of millions of dollars that went to the Clinton Health Initiative, and no one seems to care.

We cover a lot of the same ground that Peter Schweizer covered in his book, Clinton Cash. If you're interested in how corrupt Hillary is, as well as how she used the State Department to enrich herself, this book is for you.

The author alleges that Bill and Hillary Clinton have entered into conspiracies to commit fraud and have used public office to enrich themselves. He cites examples from Haiti, India, and China as well as unregistered charity foundations.

The Clinton Foundation, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The WEF and others.
Why whenever there is a disaster in the world these seemingly philanthropic foundations are all over the place raising 100s of millions in donations from the public and gain government funding to try to "help" rebuild, like the Haiti earthquake debacle, yet when one looks at where the money goes it seldom ends up where it's needed.
This book exposes the Clinton foundation for the tax free rort and Clinton fortune builder it was set up to be by that notorious couple.
The book is a good 10 years old now but It should open up people's eyes to what kind of chicanery ex politicians and billionaires get up to, even more so today when they are pretending to be magnanimous.

Very interesting. I'd always heard the Clintons' did shady deals, but this showed how they were done. This is a quote from the book which describes how things happened, "The Clinton get-rich-quick formula has been simple: a complex charity structure with multiple subdivisions and separate corporations, haphazard IRS applications, virtually incomprehensible financial reporting in which six-figure speaking fees are comfortably mixed with CGI pledges that may or may not materialize and that may or may not be run through one of the various Clinton Foundation subgroups, with ample opportunities to participate in foundation-related business venture through a large secret investment structure, as was created in WJC Investments LP,LLC, with a shell-company pass through account cleverly arranged in WJC to hide money even from IRS auditors." Comprende'? Bill takes "silver fox" to the nth degree!! (CGI - Clinton Global Initiative; WJC Investments - William J. Clinton Investments. Not to mention the other sub-groups with clever and confusing acronyms under the Clinton Foundation)
One question I am left with is, how involved is Chelsea? She married a hedge fund manager with questionable background, and she did leave the Clinton Foundation after being a co-chairman for a time. I do hope it was because of her integrity. This book was written in 2016, so I imagine there is a book which would bring us up to date! However, what we do know is as of now, neither of the Clinton seniors have been put in prison!
If you read this, prepare yourself for a head spinning time!

I truly think this book taught me in detail of how big of a "scheme" the Clintons' thought of and followed through. It made me more interested in schemes and corruption occurring in the government. Overall, I liked that the book explained in detail how the scheme occurred during the presidency and after the presidency.

EYE OPENING and REVOLTING all at the same time. The depths of the Clinton machine and how they have abused the law and non profit charitable regulations to continue to bilk BILLIONS of dollars from others via their charitable Foundation is Hollywood-esque. If it werent all true.

This book was written after Clinton Cash , which covers the same subject matter, is better written and is more detailed. I recommend giving this a miss and reading Clinton Cash, which is well-written and credible.

New Gingrich said that Hillary Clinton’s dishonesty could easily destroy the nation. A strong statement considering a majority of Americans only believe that her dishonesty is merely a symptom of her drive to be filthy rich and President of the United States. If anyone still has any doubt about Clinton’s insidious character (or, her husband Bills’), you need only read “Partners In Crime” by Jerome R. Corsi. The book exhaustively details and traces the alleged criminal activities of the Clintons, and many of their dubious associates (some who have ended up in prison for their fraudulent actions), through the operation of their “charitable” organizations including the “Clinton Foundation” and several of the entity’s criminal offshoots. Corsi opines, and meticulously details his assertions that the Clintons have used their government positions to steal money. Because a quid-pro-quo case of proving political favor for money against the Clintons is too onerous, Corsi focuses on the concept of “inurement” (operating a charity for personal gain) as opposed to bribery to demonstrate the fraudulent activities of the Clinton charities. He is very convincing. The book is rather impenetrable or dense at times, possibly because of the careful documentation. Because of this, the book does not read smoothly. Corsi presents more like a prosecutor than an interesting historian.

In a lot of ways this book resembles Peter Schweizer's Clinton Cash. It has good parts and difficult parts where there are too many, names of people and organizations and too much information over all
