About the author

I've always had a love affair with books and have been avidly reading for as long as I can remember. I developed this passion into writing and began writing diaries, short stories and then eventually poetry and now novels. I've always had a vivid imagination and adore that I have been fortunate enough to turn that into a career.
My first novel; After the Rain, was self-published on Amazon Kindle and is still available there today.
I've since signed a contract with Black Opal Books in the USA and they've released my second novel; Chasing Shadows.
The sequel to Chasing Shadows is also due for release with Black Opal Books in the near future.

When I'm not writing, I do have a 9-5 job, I'm a trainee primary school teacher. I love teaching and believe it or not I get a lot of writing inspiration from the creative young minds that I teach!
I'm also a huge lover of yoga and have practised for several years in my spare time.

I live close to he historic city of York, United Kingdom, with my fiancee Stuart and our too beloved (very spoiled!) dogs Dougie and Frankie.
