This book was given to me by a dear mentor and friend. I don't know if this book is still in print, but I was thankful to receive an old copy. This book was foundational in my understanding of professing Christ and following in His footsteps. Shortly after deciding on a direction to go in my faith, this book helped guide me to important verses of scripture. Charlie Riggs worked close with Billy Graham, TW, and many others of the original band of brothers throughout the 70s and early-80s. Riggs was said to have risen from bed at 2-3:00 AM to pray and would sustain throughout the full workday. He had a tremendous prayer life, and I am hopeful that this writing was a direct result of his communication with God. I look forward to reading this book over and over again. Perhaps my rating will change over time as I read more as man's word is prone to error; however, I appreciate the authors humility and intentional referencing of God's Word throughout his writing.
