Jake made the Young Living compensation easy to understand in Driven for Success.

Extremely in depth and informative on Young Living's Compensation Plan. I especially liked how after discussing a certain part of the plan, the reader is instructed to use what they've learned to figure out commission and the like. It's extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
