Reading the "Commercial Real Estate Teams Who Dominate" with the team has brought us closer and it's helped me (as the team leader) to work more diligently on creating a great structure for my business to catapult from. It provided insights into a large number of different team structures as there isn't just one structure that will work. It depends on the services your team is offering, the size, your market, etc.
