Love this series
Book 1
Dena is very happy that her friends have found love and now Dena wants to find somebody that will love her. With starting a new job, Dena is very happy but when a associate gets special treatment she sees red. Going to a sex club is just want she needs and meets Arik. Can he be who she needs. Can't wait to read what happens next
Book 2
With the attraction to each other, Dena and Arik can't seem to get each other out of there heads. When they are together their chemistry is smokin hot. I can't wait to read what happens next because the end of this book has me wanting more
Book 3
With Dena's boss Bethany seems up to something Dena will do very thing she can to get to the truth. As an ADA Dena has to go to the clients house but what she finds is the clients lawyer Arik. Thinking that they have been using each other Dena wants nothing to do with him at all, but Arik can be persuaded. Can they have more or will Dena be to hurt to even hear him out?
Book 4
When Dena makes 2nd chair things are getting more and more complicated. With finally knowing why Dena was blowing him off Arik is pissed at her. Finally realizing he has being an ass towards Dena, he will do anything to fix what they had. With the case bring more complicated Dena is doing everything see can in her case to see who really is the killer. Will she finally learn the truth and will Arik life be in danger? I can't wait to read what happens next

With the truth coming out, Dena & Arik can finally see if they want to be in a relationship. They both want each other, they both someone they can count on. With everything they been through they deserve to be happy. It was a great ending to an amazing series

Once again MS Parker you have written an amazing book and whats better was that we got to read it one book after another, the cliff hangers were still the same but it was seconds later when relief was granted.
Dena just wants what all her friends have, a good job and hot man that loves her with all he has, and when Dena switches jobs to working for the DA, she thinks that she has found most of what she is looking for. Then when she meets Arik at Club Prive, things are really starting to fall in place, he I so good that he even knows that she's a switch and he can give her what she needs. Things are going perfect, so what can go wrong? Let's just say lots can and will go wrong for Dena and Arik both in her job and their personal lives when they learn that their professional lives will cross. Will Arik and Dena make it?

Severely lacking. I never warmed to the main characters. Dena was strong and very empowered but I found her wanting emotionally. Her thoughts and behaviors in her personal life didn't resonate with me. Arik was ok but underdeveloped and unconvincing as a Dom since he and Dena didn't have that kind of relationship. People in the lifestyle don't give it up that easy. I was more invested in the legal drama and the issues with Dena's boss. I ended up skipping any relationship scenes and devoted myself to getting to the end of the series so I could find out how the legal drama resolved. To my dismay, it was handled in a rush with very little payoff. I spent the whole series despising Dena's boss yet was denied the sweet satisfaction of her demise. Bad move.

For honest review. I found I really enjoyed the characters in this series . This story has a lot of mystery ,love,friendship, and great writing .she is a ada and he's a defense lawyer books even though on different teams are helping to prove a demon insistent but you will have to read all the story to find out more.

Great book!
M.S. Parker is one of my favorite authors. As soon as she releases a book I grab it.
Loved reading about another character from Club Prive'. Romance, steamy love scenes, and suspense. What more do you need.

Another great box set about Club Prive.
This is the story of Arik & Dena. Arik is new to NYC, with a new job being a junior partner for a Defense Attorney firm. Dena just got a job as an assistant District Attorney. They met each other at Club Prive and clicked immediately. When they find out each other is a lawyer on opposite sides, things get complicated. They are working on the same case. A lot goes on in this story, with them and with the case. The case is a mystery, and each separately is trying to put the pieces to the puzzle together. It's a trying time for them both. There is a happy ending, though. This is for sure a page turner. Again, I couldn't put it down until I finished it. What a great writer M.S. Parker is.

At first this book seemed like an erotic, private club plot without much depth. I have to say there is a lot of detailed non-vanilla sex and way too much spankings for my taste. Fortunately, There is a strong thrilling storyline that makes this series work.
First of all, Dena and Arik are not a typical Dom and Sub couple.It includes a whole intriguing storyline that has nothing to do with Club Prive. The author draws Vivid descriptions that put you into the center of the action.

I really like this book. It was a page turner and it kept getting better and better. I’ve rated it four stars, instead of my usual three because the story was a little different, fully developed and filled with just the amount of sex. I would highly recommend it. Read the entire boxed set, if this is a genre that you enjoy, then you will enjoy this one too. Finishes with HEA.

Oh my what a wonderfully erotic and naughty story this book set is already setting out to be.
Absolutely loved the first volume of this naughty lil story.
I like how the author doesnt make you wait for the naughty bits. She explains a bit and gets right into details about the bdsm lifesyle and the two clubs.
The ending of this first volume is so very sad.
So sexy....
Dena, what is there to say about a girl that reminds me of my stubborn difficult and unyielding self. I personally share her same switch confusions and frusterations, with not knowing what I may want or not want out of a partner and how to get them to do both.
Arik, oh me oh my what an amazingly sexy, gorgous, dominating human being.
You first read about him and you see him as this sweet caring man. But damn when his lifestyle side comes out he is hott damn alluring.
What else is there to say about that sexy beast of a man.

Volume two is full of turmile and frusteration for both Dena and Arik.
Struggling to not think about eachother. Not knowing how to balence their crazy law filled lives while trying to track down the other person for some stress relief from amazing sex.
What unfolds at the end of this volume is hillariously amusing. You will just die laughing at how and where they meet up after just having sex together less than 24 hrs prior.
The way that they respond to eachother during their intimate encounters is amazing. Its what makes this story so sexy and alluring.
I cant wait to see what unfolds in the next volume of this epic story.

A heated exchange at club Prive ends with Dena attacking Arik repeatedly. Gavin their friend and owner of the club forces them to go talk in a private room and sort things out.
The private room for sorting things out was so hott hahah. one of my favorite scenes in this book.
Arik becomes jealous and possessive along with unsure of whether to trust Dena in this book.
Dena is angry and frusterated and things at work are getting worse and worse for her. Dealing with that plus her need for Arik is slowly driving her crazy.
The finale to this volume will leave you wanting more.

This was such a crazy volume to this story. Arik finding out about Dena. Neither of them freaks out or anything they stay calm. Until the moment they are completely alone.
Dena almost loses it and tears up. She tell shim everything that she has been keeping to herself and they share a moment of passion while they are supposed to be working.
FUll of crazy drama mixed with personal relationships, work drama, Mafia threats and realizing how much they really need eachother.
This author really did an amazing job with the unexpected twists and turns during this volume.
Cant wait for this last installment.

M.S. Parker has done it again. Unlawful Attraction is one incredible series!
Unlawful Attraction Vol.1: This was a blast from the past! M.S. Parker made my day with this one! It was absolutely incredible to have the old gang back together again.
I absolutely loved reading Dena's story and being brought back to the world of Club Prive seeing all of the characters that we connected with originally. This series is all about Dena and her taking control of her career getting her life in control. I'm loving the fact that Dena is a switch with a Dom and a Sub. This book is full of emotion and drama that definitely will have you on the edge of your seat the entire time your reading it.
Arik...what can I say about his character other than he is one really hot incredibly amazing alpha male. Sex on a stick... Yes please!
Unlawful Attraction Vol. 2: Wow. This is shaping up to be yet another amazing series by M.S. Parker.
At the end of Vol. 1 Dena was stunned left emotional leaving Club Prive when she saw Arik entering a room with another sub. Dena is thrown so many challenges with her job working with the ADA. On top of that she can't seem to keep her mind off of Arik no matter what she does. Arik is one of those characters we can't seem to get enough of. Of course he is your Dom that's a hot sexy alpha male yet, he is also quite endearing. There is something about him that draws you in.
This volume is full of mystery, intrigue, drama, action, suspense, and non-stop roller coaster ride of emotions.
Unlawful Attraction Vol. 3: M.S. Parker definitely doesn't disappoint. I mean this is one of those series that really keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Dena is really in for it in this volume when she finds out that her and Arik are on the opposite sides of the court room. The only problem the chemistry between the two of them is so magnetic it's practically explosive. They have this pull toward one another that makes it almost impossible to stay away from each other.
This volume has some major twists and turns that are thrown our way, by the end you will be biting your nails trying to figure out where this is going. I will say M.S. Parker does a fabulous job of creating a villain out of the ADA. You will HATE her. She is an awful character!

Dena is pretty much put through the ringer yet again. This series continues to throw challenge after challenge her way and we see her try and over come each one time and time again. The chemistry between Arik and Dena is so magnetic that you can practically feel the pull they have through the pages as you read.
This series is so fantastic you will not be able to put it down.

Dena and Arik find themselves in a tough situation, and need to make some difficult decisions very quickly. This volume is full of action, drama, suspense and some amazingly hot and sexy scenes that will have you fanning yourself long after you've turned the page.
This was a fantastic ending to an amazing series. Your emotions will run high as you read it so be prepared to be put through the gauntlet as you read! You will have the privilege of seeing Carrie, Kristi and the rest of the gang in this book as well. This truly was a great ending to another fabulous series by M.S. Parker.

Apparently this is a series about a character that appears in other series by this author. While this series can be read standalone, there are some stories about the other characters and some places in this story that might be better explained if one had read the other series (especially the epilogue).
This is the story of Dena and Arik. Dena's a lawyer and making a career switch from divorce/family law to the NYC ADA's office. It's her dream job, but she's running into issues from day 1. She's friends with the people who own Club Prive (another series by this author) and with whom she apparently worked with (which I assume is explained in the other series). She's also a switch (a dom who also wants to sub). She's looking for the right dom who can handle her switch tendencies and her nontraditional sub behavior... which I found interesting. but I wished this was explored a bit more!
Arik is a defense attorney who recently moved to NY. He's a dom, but is looking for more than a traditional sub. He meets Dena and sparks FLY. They hit it off but aren't good at communicating, don't exchange numbers and only meet randomly and hook up. And, he's representing a client who is accused of killing her husband, but who is truly innocent. So of course, there's a conflict of interest since Dena's now an ADA. The story then gets more complicated as Dena begins to learn about her new boss and the murder case and facets that involve corruption and the Russian mafia.
Where I really found fault with the story was the lack of depth in the relationship between Dena and Arik. I found Dena's "switch" persona to be intriguing but there was no depth to this, which made it hard to figure her out. What was it about these two that make them work? It's hard to tell since it's all basically erotica with a suspense twist. I would not call it a mystery since it was easy to figure out most of what was going on. I would have loved to have read more about Dena and Erik and their relationship and less about the corruption in the DA's office.
A bit concerning, but only because we read so much about how they each think about the other is the fact that they do hook up with other people, which some readers may not find enjoyable. While they are not in an official relationship, I hate reading about this kind of thing. It puts a damper on the intensity for me. As well there's some violence. Dena's physically capable of hitting men when she can't control her temper -- with a dom that she picks up at the club, and with Arik in the most unusual and disturbing encounter at the club (and both were a little disturbing). The one place where it makes sense is when she's trying to rescue Arik... and it was fun to read her kick some legitimate ass there. I love strong female characters, but she's got some anger issues which are weird.
The epilogue shows their relationship progress, but only to live together stage, so if you're a reader looking for an HEA, you'll be disappointed.
This is the story of Dena and Arik. Dena's a lawyer and making a career switch from divorce/family law to the NYC ADA's office. It's her dream job, but she's running into issues from day 1. She's friends with the people who own Club Prive (another series by this author) and with whom she apparently worked with (which I assume is explained in the other series). She's also a switch (a dom who also wants to sub). She's looking for the right dom who can handle her switch tendencies and her nontraditional sub behavior... which I found interesting. but I wished this was explored a bit more!
Arik is a defense attorney who recently moved to NY. He's a dom, but is looking for more than a traditional sub. He meets Dena and sparks FLY. They hit it off but aren't good at communicating, don't exchange numbers and only meet randomly and hook up. And, he's representing a client who is accused of killing her husband, but who is truly innocent. So of course, there's a conflict of interest since Dena's now an ADA. The story then gets more complicated as Dena begins to learn about her new boss and the murder case and facets that involve corruption and the Russian mafia.
Where I really found fault with the story was the lack of depth in the relationship between Dena and Arik. I found Dena's "switch" persona to be intriguing but there was no depth to this, which made it hard to figure her out. What was it about these two that make them work? It's hard to tell since it's all basically erotica with a suspense twist. I would not call it a mystery since it was easy to figure out most of what was going on. I would have loved to have read more about Dena and Erik and their relationship and less about the corruption in the DA's office.

Wow, what a read! I couldn’t put it down.
We meet Dena and Arik in alternating POV.
Dena has become a lawyer to prevent scum from going free due to loopholes.
To celebrate her new job she goes to club Prive where she meets Arik. Little do they know the roles they will play in each others lives outside the club.
The sex scenes are off the charts hot. You can feel the connection between Arik and Dena. It’s hard to find a partner that can give you everything you want, however Arik just may be the one she’s looking for.
“A good partner picks up on what the other one wants or needs.”
As we move forward in the story Arik becomes possessive and has a jealous streak. Dena also has things that she is struggling to deal with along with her needs for Arik.
There is a lot of mixed emotions during the read along with unexpected twist and turns. When we get to the final book we get to see a HEA for these two, that didn’t come easy that’s for sure.
No cliffhanger. The story really flowed well and M.S. Parker really draws you in with her writing.

I made the rookie mistake of starting this story before I went to bed, and it was so amazing that I couldn't force myself to put it down until the very last page. Dena Monroe, a 26 year old attorney, is the last of her friends to find love. She's a strong, independent woman with control issues, who has yet find a man to handle her. A meeting at a sex club, brings her face to face with Arik the first time, who takes her to places she's only dreamed about. They said it was a one time hook up, but turns into something more as they can't say away from each other. Until the night she shows up at a crime scene, where's he's at. It turns out that he's the defense attorney on a case that she's helping her boss, an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting. It's a big conflict of interest that would end her career as a new ADA, before it ever takes off. Plus, since he boss hates her, it would give her ammunition to really screw her. Will Dena be able to have both Arik, and her career?
WOW WOW WOW! Thank goodness I had the whole box set together, as this story is so AWESOME, that the wait in between each part would have KILLED ME! To this day, there hasn't been one story this author has written, that I haven't completely LOVED LOVED LOVED, and Unlawful Attraction is no exception. The character development is perfect, with Arik and Dena being so great that they only let me sleep for about 3 hours, as I couldn't get enough. A highly addictive, suspenseful, super sexy, and well written storyline flows effortlessly. Twists and turns had me going in one direction, when BAM! I was totally sucker punched with an out of left field, OMG moment. Combustible chemistry EXPLODES into SCORCHIN' FLAMES of sexy scene goodness that threatened to melt my kindle. M.S. Parker's brilliantly diabolical writing style kept my heart racing cover to cover, and after I was finished, I found I had chewed two fingernails to the quick without realizing it. I can't say this enough, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All Dena has ever wanted to do is work in Criminal Law, so when she gets the chance to it's not exactly easy, whilst working on the case that's been given to her, none of the evidence seems to be adding up or it's going missing. So speaks to her boss Bethany about it but she either seems to not be bothered or tells her to look at something else as what's been shown is nothing.
Whilst she's not at work she meets this guy called Arik and he seems to be able to satisfy her needs in the bedroom, but whilst they thought everything was going well when they learn that they seem to be working on the same case but opposite sides, it's not very good for Dean. Dena knows that she should never have gotten involved with Arik if she would have known first that he was a lawyer as well.
Even though Dena is working so hard on this case, she can't help but notice that no matter what she does, all the evidence for the case never seems to add up. She has a feeling that there is something bigger going on that meets the eye. Will Dena be able to find out what's going on with Bethany. Will Dena give into temptation when it comes to Arik. I love this author. I adore her writing. I devour her words. I have read just about all of her books, maybe missing one here or there, and I am always a huge fan. As soon as I start another series by her, I remember why I keep coming back. And once again, M.S. Parker blew me away.
A hot new series is on the block! M.S. Parker is at it once again teasing and tempting our senses with a new series that is sure to be panty-melting and kindle steaming worthy. This is the complete Unlawful Attraction series and let me tell you, it feels good to be back at Club Prive.
This is one of those series where the books pull you in and devour you whole by the end, not letting go. This series was hot, sexy, steamy, passionate, edgy, intense and crazy addicting. Once you start the first book, I promise that you won't be able to put it down until you have read it all.
This is Dena's story. Meeting Arik was by chance but definitely fate. One explosive night between them was all it took to flip their worlds upside down. Full of suspense, twists, and turns, can these two find a way to get their happy ending or are too many obstacles in their path?

In my opinion, this was the best M.S. Parker series ever! We have two very strong dominant characters in Dena and Arik, Dena struggles with ceding control to Arik but feels she needs it with all that she is going through at her new job. Dena and Arik finally discover they are working opposites sides in a murder case, and they both are at dead ends for how to make their union work.
"All the while, there was a voice in my head screaming at me to forget chasing after some maybe witness who might be able to give me something for Bethany's case. The hottest, sexiest man I'd ever met, the only man who'd ever been able to hit all those right notes...he was here. And he wanted me."
"His answer made my body go cold, then hot, every inch of me flushing, both with thoughts of the pleasure to come as well as pleasure at his desire for me. I wasn't a self centered person, but I couldn't deny liking it when someone appreciated me."
Our rhythm sped up and, all too soon, we took each other straight over the edge, ending the best damn ride of my life."

Unlawful Attraction take us back to Club Privé where we meet Dena, Arik and a whole host of sexiness.
Dena is hot shot lawyer who has landed her dream job of working criminal cases with the DA office instead of Divorce cases. Hotshot lawyer by day and Dom by night, she goes to Club Privé where her friends Gavin is the owner , and meets Arik.
Arik is also a lawyer, who has recently moved to New York to work for a law firm. His first case is a murder of one of the firms best clients - and he finds the wife being the prime suspect. He winds up at Club Privé one night and encounters Dena.
Neither share any details about themselves yet they find each other each time they are in the club, hinting that they may want more but not really wanting to commit, so when they meet at a crime scene and realise who each other are they are shocked to say the least.
Amidst all this Dena has to deal with Bethany her boss who seems to be up to something and the case they are both on becoming increasingly complicated.
With one lawyer fights for the client and the other against how can they work out their differences? How will it end for them when one wins and one loses?

"Unlawful Attraction" is my favorite MS Parker series so far! This series is connected to a couple others which all involve a "sex club" in New York, and the group of women friends who all end up involved with the place in one way or another. Dena is a lawyer, working hard to make a name for herself in the Assistant Defense Attorney's Office, having previously worked in Divorce/Family Law. I love her intelligence and moral compass, as well as her dedication to her work. She's a fantastic heroine, and a perfect match for Arik. It would seem that they're opposites, since he's a Prosecutor, but together they make a formidable team. I love the legal-suspense in this series! I hadn't read the books about Dena's friends (which precede "Unlawful,") but I didn't need to in order to understand this story, so don't worry if you haven't read them, either. I later went back and picked them up, and enjoyed them, but I think "Unlawful" as the most interesting plot. Then again, I love legal-type thrillers. If you do, too, you'll enjoy this book. (Be aware, however, that the "sex club" in these books involves dominance and submission, etc. so if that bothers you, maybe pass on these. It's a theme that comes up a lot in MS Parker books.)

When Dena finds out that Arik is the defence attorney to the case that she has just been promoted too, problems start. The fireworks betwee Dena and Arik are just too hard to ignore and the sparks between them fly.

The storyline is greatly written, with a backstory that will capture the readers attention from the very first page. Very good story
I was glad this was a box set. I wouldn't have wanted to buy them separately. There was a few gaps between each story, but as a whole story it was very good. It's a story I would read again and encourage others to read. I have read other books by this author and liked them too.
Overview of the story; Dena was a lawyer. She dreamed of working for the ADA (assistant District Attorney), she gets hired but has a Boss who plays dirty. Dena is working her butt off doing a case while her copartner is busy with the boss. Dena goes other to blow off some steam at Club Prive (sex club owned by friends). She meets Arik. He just moved to NY. He was a perfect Dom match to her. They soon find that they want more than 1 night but fight it. When they find out that they are working (professionally) against each other, they still fight the attraction and over the client. Will they find a way to make things work between them professionally as well as in the bedroom? Or will they just stick to a night fling here and there?

Wow Arik and Dena are definitely super hot together. I thought it was going to be a typical story, but this was definitely different than I assumed it would be. First, you start off reading it and it's sexy. I understand how Dena feels being the single one of the friends and trying to have fun. Yes, it would be nice to be with someone but you can have fun while looking for Mr. Right.
It was interesting that fun can be a conflict of interest, even when you didn't know it from the start. Then there is your work life that you think is changing and ends up being more than you bargained for. I'm sure we have all had bad bosses or co-workers. I know I have. I don't think I could have kept or will ever keep my cool if put in similar situations.
There is suspense, denial, friendships, new feelings, and sexyness to this story. I love that her friends are so close and know her so well. The twist to the story was one I didn't expect and glad how the stories flowed. I was so happy I didn't have to wait for another book to find out what was going on, since I got to read the box set.

Unlawful Attraction, an Alpha Billionaire Romance, is M. S. Parker's latest romance series mixing suspense, erotica and some pretty steamy melt your kindle worthy scenes that made for an enjoyable read. It is a complete boxset and can be read as a standalone.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, naughty fun, secrets, twists & turns, and heartbreak.
This is Dena and Arik’s story. These two met in a sex club. With the passion and chemistry these two are throwing around they get the best out of each other. Only problem is when they meet outside the club and it happens to be at a crime scene no less. The relationship should not happen but they are drawn to each other. Can they build a relationship they both never planned on? Or will the case they are working on come between them? With the twists and turns that are thrown their way can they even make it to there forever?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.
