OMG !!!!! I may need a month to come around from this hotness !!!!
HARD HAND indeed is the hardest, hottest thing I have read. Sierra, you keep surprising me, and believe me when I tell you, with all I have read, its not an easy thing to do !!!! well done
Its a story like no other - Cole and Avery. A mask set in place and pink champagne as liquid courage to a chance encounter, a Dom with a hard hand and a demanding setlist, and a sub who never truly got the be who she is,who she needs to be ... you have magic happening in the words before you.
§ ... There was something incredibly powerful about compelling a submissive to meet his gaze. But when his little sub did, he wondered who was truly enslaved by whom. He wanted her as badly as she obviously wanted him...§
I just couldn't put it down till I got to the bottom of this sizzling chaos. Cause where there is so much passion and love, there is bound to be chaos (cause we are women, and it would be boring otherwise).
§ ... She knew he was playing a sinful game of semantics she could never win...This man tested everything she knew about BDSM ... §
Sierra has captivated me with the characters that at first seem simple and plain but as the situation progresses and the emotions are running high, you see all the complexity and the vulnerability of each and it slowly clicks together, non-intentionally. and that's what lights the final spark - demanding honesty from yourself first.
it is a interesting way of writing a story cause at the same time Sierra shows what we all know Dom/sub is supposed to be, and at the same time she letting the soft side, the one that we don't speak of, come out and give us a peak that a Dom is also a human (!!!! shocking, I know!!!) with feelings, and fears :) and its hard for them to admit what they need, and want.
I enjoyed this very much, the characters, the setting, the struggle, the dynamic of the story and all of the little quirks that Sierra throws in to keep us on our toes. She did go a bit rougher then usual, but it was just what the doctor prescribed !!!
I will edit this once I get to chance to finish the rest of the books in the anthology cause I love all of the authors, but I've had to put this one up as soon as possible. I could have not waited!!! otherwise I'm sure, she would send Cole with the cane after me. and NOT for funishment.

Received a copy for a honest review
Oh my God!! 6 awesome stories set around one Hotel in Vegas. Someone please tell me this place and staff are real because as Tina Fey's Liz Lemon would say "I want to go to there!". The Nyte Resort is all about making your fantasies realized and boy do they!!
The stories all blend together into one amazing book. Before I start discussing the books make sure you have these 3 things handy; A fan, a cold drink, and a towel. Why you ask, because these stories are HOT!!!
Winner Takes All by Mari Carr
Carr continues with the Lewis family from her Big Easy series with Noah Lewis. Noah is a chef who is competing in a on air cooking competition and is one of the finalist along with Hollie Mills. It's great how you can tell that Noah and Hollie are friends along with competitors and how they both during the course of the show fell for each other.
Having been put up in the same hotel room, unbeknownst to them, for having the same fantasy the decide to go with it and see it where it takes them. Where it takes them is into some HOT BDSM.
Who wins the show? Well they decide they need more than just one night? Ya gotta read to find out!!! Now, by my count we have one Lewis family member left, fingers crossed that Carr continues her Big Easy series!!

On his way to L.A. Be the new Headmaster at the Submissive training center, he stops for the night in Vegas at Nyte for what he is hoping a relaxing evening of no women.
He meets Shey Allen when his male masseuse is called away for the evening.
Who knew a card game could turn out so fun, Instead of money they bet questions or wants.
By the end of the story I'm wanting Shey to leave her job and family in Vegas to go with Master Anderson it L.A., that's how awesome these two are from the start. They have such chemistry and Shey has absolute trust that he will give her what she needs for the night.
Master Anderson was always one of my favorite characters in Red's Brie series and I so glad we get a taste of him here.
I'm saying taste because Red is naughty as always leaving me wanting MORE!!
Wild Card by Angel Payne
Wild Card is part of a Series that I have never read called The Wild Boys of Special Forces. That being said I wasn't lost or anything.
Jen Thorne is at Nyte for her BFF's wedding and who happens to be there but her hunky Scottish crush Sam Mackenna. Helloooooooooooo, did you hear me I said Scottish. I'm swooning before I even started because I know there's gonna be two things: a sexy kilt scene and a even sexy accent!!
They decide on one night of fantasy together and boy do fantasies come true, for me that is be yep KILT SCENE!!!
These two are great and I love that we get to see them in their own environment after their one night.
Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright
Avery Fisher is a shy sub who had never been brave enough to approach the Dom of her dreams Cole Stewart, but being at Nyte for her Aunt's masquerade birthday party she feels brave behind her mask. What Avery do sent know is Cole would know who was mask or no mask.
Cole and Avery scene together for one night and boy is it a awesome night. He does everything in hopes that she'll reveal herself to him.
With this story we also get to see more of the characters after their night at Nyte and it's great.
Does Avery finally reveal her identity? You gotta read to find out!!!
Sin City Submission by Jenna Jacob
This story is part of one of my favorite series Doms of Genesis.
With Quinn and Ava we have a established relationship both business and pleasure.
The whole idea of their time at Nyte is to push their boundaries as they have become complacent in their roles as Master and submissive.
You can tell that these two love each other a great deal and it's good to see even fictional characters have to work on their relationships they all aren't happily ever after.
No Lucky Number by Victoria Blue
This is part of another series I've never read called The Secrets of Stone. Once again not having read the series doesn't lessen the greatness of the story.
Here we have 3 business partners Talia, Drake, and Fletcher. They are at Nyte for a convention for work. Drake and Fletcher are yummy and they are good little boys you like to share. Talia is attracted to both men but she keeps hearing her mother in her head telling her that it's wrong so she's fighting it. She also has been hurt in the past and is afraid to trust her heart.
What she doesn't know is that Drake and Fletcher don't just wanna have a fun time in Vegas they want a real relationship with Talia, whom they've come to adore while working together.
Does Talia give in and start trusting her heart again or does she listen to her head? Ya gotta read to find out.
There is only a few things left to say after reading this anthology: I have found two new authors to add to my TBR list and someone PLEASE write a story about the mysterious Mr. Nyte!!! Please I'm begging I gotta know more about him and the staff at this awesome resort.

One Night Anthology
I received this book from an honest review.
AHHH WOW DID I JUST READ ALL OF THAT!! Uhm Yes, Yes I did!!
This book introduced me to two new authors (Mari and Sierra) but let me enjoy authors (Red, Angel, Jenna and Victoria) whose books make my erotica loving heart super happy!!
I can’t even begin to break this down except to say that each story is uniquely different. Each story you read is so amazing and the only thing they have in common is the hotel.
Jenna’s story made me crazy (In a good way) because the couple has hurdles to overcome to get their HEA.
Red’s story touches on one of my FAVORITE side characters in her very popular series. I am so hoping to see this character and his fantasy female again.
Angel’s story made me giggle because her characters are always just so funny!! I mean the woman brings the humor to her stories.
Victoria’s story made my heart beat because the female was so confused by feeling the way she did over the 2 alpha males who were very blatant in perusing the main character. These ladies know their craft and do it very well. Any small glimpse in to their writing and you will be sold and asking “what do I read first?”
Since I am a newbie to Sierra and Mari that is what I am saying, What next? Sierra’s story was so AMAZING!! I loved Cole and was like “WAIT ITS OVER”…NOOOOO !! Mari’s novella I reacted the very same way…With a shake of my head and a quick look through the library to add another story of hers to read!!!
You can’t go wrong with the series of stories and if you haven’t loved these ladies before I can promise you will after reading the anthology.

A cute story about a couple who end up sharing a room - and their BDSM fantasy. Friendly and fun. Nicely written. Classic story line. I’ll recommend this author to friends.
Stud Poker by Red Phoenix
A fun concept about a poker ‘truth and dare’ game between a Dom and a chance-met woman. I have read Phoenix stories before and really liked them but this was a bust for me. Shey was fun but at the very beginning, when the man with the ginger kitten asks Master Anderson what he does for a living, and he blows off the polite conversation with nasty crack, he came across as an arrogant arse. I went off him, and that was that for me.
Wild Card by Angel Payne
A wedding party and a Scots bloke in a kilt... Slickly written and there’s nothing wrong with it but I didn’t connect with the characters. I suspect it was too American for my taste.
Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright
A Sub meets a Dom she’s fascinated by at a masquerade, so she feels she can approach him. A classic story-line of the sub who can’t express her needs. I thought the Dom was a bit odd, because he seemed afraid of expressing his needs too, but it was a well told story. I’ll look into more Sierra Cartwright stories.
Sin City Submission by Jenna Jacob
This is the one story in the anthology that I would read again. Basically a Dom and Sub think they’re in a rut and try to shake things up. I loved the way they worked together, their relationship felt real, and it was interesting. I’ll definitely read more Jenna Jacob!

A sweet ménage story. Classic story line, nicely written. It reminded me of the Tymber Dalton stories. I’ll recommend this author to friends.

One Night In Vegas is a fabulous collection of sexy novellas that are guaranteed to raise your body temperature. Three of the authors are new to me (Victoria Blue, Red Phoenix and Mari Carr) the other three are firm favourites of mine. Anthologies are a great way to discover new authors, and I'll definitely be looking out for more books by these talented writers.
These stories are based around the luxurious Nyte hotel in Las Vegas, where your fantasies become reality. I loved every single one of them - for me they are all solid four or five star books. I'd definitely recommend this box set to readers who love their romances on the steamy side.
My two favourite stories were WILD Card by Angel Payne and Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright, closely followed by Sin City Submission by Jenna Jacob. These stories were real page turners, I simply couldn't put them down. Having said that, I absolutely loved the other three stories too - there's not a single dud among this must read collection. WOW.... I read Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright and feel in love with Cole and Avery. It's amazing how just hiding behind a mask can bring courage you may otherwise not have. She knew Cole from Colorado which she left 6 months ago as they had been at some of the same BDSM parties. She is now living in Las Vegas working with her great-aunt and she spots Cole from across the room. Now with anonymity she has the courage to approach Cole for one night. The question is will it happen at all, will it be enough, or too much... This was another awesome story by Sierra! I can't wait to read the rest.

If you are looking for a smoking hot book of fantasies, this book is for you!

This book is a great introduction to some new-to-me authors and from what I read in here, I will definitely be picking up more from them.
I would have to say my favorite though, is WILD Card by Angel Payne. Her hero is a Scottish RAF pilot and just imaging him speak in the beautiful accent got me tingling.
All of the stories are fantastic. Curl up with your loved one and read these together. Then live out your one night!

Review for Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright.
All I can say is I want a man like Cole but I want to be the one with the cane. He was understanding, rewarding, a giver, and just IT. He allowed Avery her space and secrecy until flashes from his passed made he not settle for nothing but honesty. Fun is one thing but then the chemistry and intensity is there, all mask are off.
This was a great novella that proved how the right connection can rid you of many doubts and uncertainties.

Wow! Six different stories by six different authors all revolving around one night at the Nyte Hotel. I have read five of these amazing authors and was quite happy to catch up on some characters mentioned in previous books and to discover some new ones that left me wanting more of their lives. Hot, steamy, and sexy! These stories are fantasies come true, not just for the couples, but for the readers as well. Fantastic job ladies!!

I didn't read the whole anthology because that's just not my thing. I did read hard hand by Sierra Cartwright. I love this short story. the only problem I had with it was it was just starting to get good and it ended. to have a man take you in hand like Cole did Avery wowzer!!!

Credeam ca voi citi o poveste complexa, insa avem parte de 6 nuvele scurte, care abunda din plin de scene fierbinți, Bdsm și muuult erotic.
În toate avem nebunia aia cu sclava și stăpân 🙄🙄🙄 și satisfacția aia de a-i face pe plac stăpânului, inclusiv dorința de înjosire.
Prima nuvela avea atât de mult potențial, mi-a plăcut ideea de la care a pornit autoarea. As fi vrut sa citesc despre războiul celor doi în bucătărie. Nu în pat.
Toate nuvelele au ca punct comun un hotel hotel care de pare ca are niște camere private interesante, camere pe care fiecare le poate alege după un anumit test ca să zic asa de personalitate, test în care își recunosc dorințele ascunse.
Ce sa mai, psihologii de la Insula iubirii sunt mici copii fata de patronul hotelului, care prefera sa stea în umbra și sa observe.
Persoanjele au fost slab construite și am pus asta pe numărul mic de pagini acordat fiecărei povesti.
Nu am simțit chimia lor, nu am simțit empatie, nu am putut sa rezonez cu ele, deși aveau pe alocuri frici si povesti de viata, eu am fost chiar insensibila la ele.
Se pune prea mult accent pe sex și pe dominație, deși femeile toate vor și cauta mai mult, au inclusiv dorința aia de a-l mulțumi pe partener cu durerea lor.
Nu pot sa o recomand. Este exact ca o anumita antologie de Crăciun, în care se vrea dar nu se poate.

This is probably the best compilation of stories in the entire romance genre that I have ever read. The perfect grouping of authors, collaborating on a project that flows seamlessly from one through to the next, creating a whole world for the lucky reader to get lost in. I’m not giving this 5 stars because each story is the best I’ve ever read; I’m doing so because this is the best author’s project I’ve come across. And the stories are amazing….
Winner Takes All: So cute! If you can call roll playing, dirty talking and anal playing cute, but it was! Hollie and Noah had great rhythm from the start and their insta-love works! Both light hearted and super sexy, this was a really well done short that finished far too soon! I’m officially a Mari Carr fan.
Stud Poker: My first Red Phoenix read…and will not be my last! I loved this read and can’t wait to start the series it comes from. It was beautiful, sensual, fluid, smart and wonderfully sad….in a good way. I did not see that end coming, but it was flawless. Brad and Shey feel like they are the missing pieces of each other and will meet again. And if not, their ‘one night’ was perfect!
Wild Card: Who doesn’t know Angel Payne is an Outlander fan? No one. Her awesome tribute piece is a twofer keeping WILDBoy fans happy too! It might be Dan’s wedding but it’s Sam and Jenny’s party. Only AP could take a couple through layers of emotions and angst only to drop the love bomb in our lap. Sam is too beautiful for papyrus. He has to be real…. oh, wait! Jenny’s self-consciousness is palpable but not weak. It’s where so many of us have been….and been wrong about. Her strength in not giving up and taking chances is inspiring. I literally fantasized about being in Jenny’s shoes! Crazy!
Hard Hand: You have got to be kidding me! I swear I can feel the burn from Master Cole just sitting here finishing this read! All that AND she pulls a Han Solo on the guy! Even if you don’t have Avery’s little masochistic side, Master Cole sure makes you think about giving it a try. After multiple missed opportunities, for very good reasons, these two find a sweet spot between pleasure and pain that is soft and beautiful and all heart. Everyone knows trust is hard, but instinct rules these two who are willing to give it one more try. Sometimes that’s all it takes. Well done, Ms. Cartwright, well done.
Sin City Submission: ...ultimately, yes, but I get ahead of myself. I’m not sure I’ve read another work where the submissive went through such a palpable, angsty, inner struggle. I was really on the fence about her belief that this was what she wanted. Of course, it was hard to think with the pain and humiliation (WAY past my limit) of Quinn’s pleasure management! It really bordered on something beyond. I understand the role of the D’s responsibility to push limits, but I was sure Ava had gone past hers just to keep him from leaving. A cardinal rule not to break. What did he want? Why was he being so cruel? Was it cruel? Was it really love? I struggled with this story so much, but that in and of itself is why Jenna Jacob is so good. She pushes the reader’s limits, because she knows we want to go there, and we do. And Ava did, and it was utter submission. It was love. (Insert sniffle here).
No Lucky Number: I’m not sure how much luck had to do with this trio figuring things out, it seems to me is was a mix of patience, self-discovery, and love. I’m not thoroughly convinced that Fletcher and Drake made things abundantly clear to Talia, but they did to each other. I’m not sure where the certainty came from that this was all going to work out in the end, but Talia seems to be the one that made it work. There was even a time during this story that I wanted Talia to run, but thank god she didn’t because the guys were right. These three belong together. More than ridiculously beautiful cast (could these three have been painted more gorgeously?) or the sex (incredible!) and the connection (undeniable), you walk away from this read believing in the happiness that can be found in a relationship like this. Not everyone can write this scenario so convincingly. Thank you.

each story. I kept finding myself very intrigued with the items
this hotel had. Makes you wonder if a place like this really

Oh what a hot little story. I loved the fact that Hollie and
Noah end up at the same hotel. And what a hotel, it caters
to all kinds of fantasies. They are on a show for 9 months
together. And the world seems to want them together then
fate intervenes or rather the illustrious hotel owner. And
I loved the advice he gives Noah.
I cannot wait to read more by Mari Carr
Stud Poker by Red Phoenix
Well that was amazing. And hot as, well I cannot say here as
for how hot. But man who would have though poker could be
such a fun game. I think I may not play poker any other way
again (with my hubby of course hehe.) there is a no lose
situation that way though. I have not read any of Red
Phoenix’s books before, but I so plan to now if this is any
indication I may need a fire hose to cool me down.
WILD Card by Angel Payne
I read this set of books for this story alone. I love the wild
boy’s series and I have been dying to read Sam's story.
I fell in love with him books ago, when he'd fly and do some
of the craziest things. And he was always there for the wild
boy’s crew when they needed him. And of course there is
that Scottish brogue and a handsome man in a kilt. Got to
love how he wears it like a true Scott. If you have not read
any of the other books, get them all. They are amazing as
the writer Angel Payne. She really writes compelling
suspense with a little BDSM thrown in. Which make for
one hot and steam read. I can not wait for her next book.

mask could hid her identity from Cole. When you know
someone as well as they do, that is hard to do. But there
is a change in her. It gives her the confidence to go after
what she has long for. And she has wanted him for a very
long time. Cole is determined to get her to reveal her identity
even though he’d know her anywhere. I cannot wait to get
my hands on some of Sierra’s other books. This one was
really something else.

Well I have to say I was surprised by this book. You think
when a story ends its all happily ever after, but even stories
can take a turn you where not expecting. This story puts for
the question. What do you do when you feel the spark has
gone from you relationship? Well for this series its a stay at
the Nyte hotel. a place where he can get her to finally open
her heart. And give it to him as she already holds his. I want
to read more form Jenna Jacob.
No Lucky Number by Victoria Blue
I was first introduced to Victoria Blue’s stories when she
teamed up with Angle Payne to write the Secrets of Stone
series. Oh how I loved those books and this one is no
different. This is Talia, Drake, and Fletcher’s story. And man
is it a hot one. If you have not read the series, do not worry
this in no way is needed. I love this extra little bit of naughty
thrown into the mix. And cannot wait to read more
Now before I ruin these stories for you I will leave off here.

What a wonderful collection of stories! I loved it. The only thing that bound these stories together was the fancy hotel and the mysterious owner. Otherwise, stories were all different, in the style of each of the authors writing them.
Winner Takes All by Mari Carr - I have been reading her for years so was one of the big reasons I pre-ordered this about as soon as I heard about it. (Of course the 99 cent price tag for pre-order had nothing to do with it.) Now who knew that a reality cook-off could be so romantic? *sigh* Loved how this one was resolved. The sneaky mysterious owner.
Stud Poker by Red Phoenix - I always did enjoy a good hand of poker. Through in a little BDSM as only Red Phoenix can and well . . . *fanning self*
Wild Card by Angel Payne - this is a WILD Boys of the Special Forces Novella. Although I am not sure where this comes into the series - am a bit behind here - I am familiar with the world. But it didn't really matter because this does well as a stand alone. *sigh* Love those boys in uniform.
Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright - Another author I have followed for years and reason why I had to grab this collection. "I could have danced all night . . ." Then there is Miss Scarlet, an 80 year old erotic dancer. If only I could still have her moves.
Sin City Submission by Jenna Jacob - A Doms of Genesis Novella. I have a special weakness for the Boss/secretary story. Throw in some BDSM and well . . . What is not to love. *fanning self* Don't worry, does well as a stand-alone.

One night in Vegas is a novella. It has 6 stories in one book. It’s about doms in Vegas. The thing they all have in common is they are at Mr. Nyte hotels.
Mari Carr wrote Winner Takes All. Noah and Hollie were on a competition show. Nine months was building between the two. The ending was cute.
Red Phoenix wrote Stud Poker. This was a bit more interesting. I did like the poker game. The way it ended was ideal for me also. Brad was perfect. Shey was getting what she wanted.
Angel Payne wrote Wild Card. Jen was a klutz and Sam was her knight in shining armor. Ending was anticipated with this. They gave each other their fantasy come true.
Sierra Cartwright wrote Hard Hand. Avery and Cole were interesting. At the party in the bathroom is what drew me in about this story. Avery thought Cole did not really know who she was, but he knew the whole time.
Jenna Jacob wrote Sin City Submission. Ava and Quinn were dominant and sub for over 3 years and Ava had done got comfortable in her position. Quinn had also but thought it was high time to up the ante.
Victoria Blue wrote No Lucky Number. Drake and his friend Fletcher, were going for the same girl, Talia. She overheard the conversation between the two brothers. Talia wanted it as bad as they did, she just didn't let them know. They went to Vegas and was in a suite with two rooms. This was a nice story, the way the men had Talia feeling. Little more erotica in this story, than the others.

There are 6 steamy, hot, romantic, short reads in this box set. There is plain old romance, bdsm, and more. I really liked all the stories in this box set. I love the Doms of Genesis series and was so happy to have a short in this set. Some of them I wish I could read more about like the last story in the set. I can’t say enough about this set and the authors. This set is a must read. Every story was hot and steamy in its own way. The stories all fit perfectly together and all took place at the Nyte hotel in Las Vegas. The Nyte hotel seems to be a place where any fantasy you have can come true. I feel like there could be a whole series just about the hotel and its employees.

I don't read my anthologies because there are too many good stories to try and read new authors but this one I really enjoyed. One author I know very well of her work. The others are authors that I've heard of but haven't had time to read their work. Well this anthology changes that. Each story was done that you didn't have to read the series to enjoy but you'll definitely want too.

I was given a copy of Sierra Cartwright's, Hard Hand to read first. Let me just say that I totally relate to the way that Avery goes about things. Behind a mask, she can be whoever she wants and has the courage to do so. Little does she know, Cole could spot her in a room filled with thousands but he decides to let her think she has him fooled.. for now. I'll let you find out for yourself how this story ends. It is not to disappoint. I bought the entire set now. I can't wait to read all the others!

I have to say you ladies knocked it out of the park. These are some really hot stories. This was my first time reading Mari Carr and I will be reading more of her for sure. Sierra, Angel and Jenna are always a one click buy. I enjoyed Red Phoenix's story just not the ending. I hurt. And Victoria you rock babe. Every one of these stories were fantastic and evoked a lot of feels. I would so love to spend a night in a Nyte Hotel. Holy buckets it sounds like an awesome place. This is a great way to catch up with past characters in a series and I'm waiting for the next set now.

All I can say is Wow! i really enjoyed these stories I found myself wanting more from each of them lol but I found myself wishing Hard Hand by Sierra Cartwright was a full length book I needed more of Master Cole and Avery. I highly recommend this series.

ok - well, will totally admit that I only got this collection because i wanted Stud Poker by Red Phoenix. Loved the segue in to Master Anderson... hopefully we see a continuation of his story!
