Surprised to find an etiquette book by the same author I used to choose for lab values! I bought the book because I was interested in a general etiquette book. The book provided basic etiquette info for a variety of settings.It seems to be written for nurses who may be advancing in the field and facing new situations. The final chapter was about etiquette with international travel. I don't think that chapter added significantly to the book. The basic statement for each situation was that you need to investigate the cultures with a couple of examples from various countries that were more or less to spike interest. Would recommend this book for new managers.
