I returend this book to the library before I could read it, not because I didn't want to know about ben shahn but because I knew that if I did read it I would then forget all the details and be embarrassed later on that I hadn't rememberd them. so instead I will always have the potential to know about ben shahn's life.
At any rate, the book is full of his wonderful drawings, and that's most important to me.
