Intent on reclaiming his farm--which was bought out from under him while he fought in the Civil War--John Buckner steals the railroad's payroll from the bank and is pursued by a railroad detective and his posse

A good western as man robs the railroad to get the money they acknowledge they owe him, but have never gotten around to pay him. His adventures on the run from a railroad detective make the story. I have no idea where the title of this book came from. Recommended to western fans.
