This was the perfect ending! I'm so sad this series has finished, I enjoyed it so much! And I really liked that there were LBGT characters in it, especially for the time period it was set in. This is an amazing series and I think more people should read it!

Might a tad in denial that this trilogy is over but was a rollarcoaster of enjoyment all the way through the final book I really wish it didn't have to end it's too soon as well and I could with a companion book for this trilogy yeah I know, I know we get a short but sweet epilogue but I want more.

I think I enjoyed this instalment of this series the most, there is good action and further development in the characters and the world. Though the finale was a little anti-climatic, the ending is still really good. There is some really good character and relationship development (with some LGBT+ representation) too. Definitely, if you have read this far you have to finish it off.

I received my book for this month from the Willoughby book subscription. My initial reaction was it looked like a small book. The cover was okay. The book itself didn't invite me to read it so it's sat on my desk for two days. I picked it up this morning and read the blurb which I really like. Different from the one above it didn'tg I've so much away.
After reading the first chapter the blurb outlines the starting point for the book. There is allot going on, allot of questions to answer, I'm intr

i gotta be honest.
i skipped about 50% of this book and jumped to the last 50ish pages.

the ending was okay, but just getting there was something i couldn't stand. Maybe it was also because i can't get my hands on the second book so i was kind of lost throughout this one.

but srsly this was rlly boring sorry not sorry

Gary Meehan was born in Bolton, Lancashire, and was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford, the University of Aberdeen and the University of Warwick. He lives in Derby with his son, where he works as a software engineer and on maintaining an air of bemused detachment. After a quarter century of writing he really should have come up with witty to put in his bio.
