It's definitely better than ny other cookbook I've bought. I mean just the quantity of recipes is outrageous. I recommend it for anyone.

Great comprehensive guide to cooking. More than just a book of recipes - it's a complete course that shows you how to do many things working from scratch with creativity. By the editor of Larousse Gastronomique, it is a easier to relate to and is a bible of the kitchen. I came across this years ago in the restaurant business - it's a great reference.
