Lazy thirteen-year-old Wilf accidentally clones himself when a science experiment goes awry, and the clone proves to be more of a help than a hindrance.
This was a book in contention for the Maud Hart Lovelace book award during the 1995-6 school year. This was my response at that time: A boy accidentally clones himself. Funnier and easier to read than "The Duplicate."
what would you do if you had a twin/clone that could go to school in your place?
a great childhood read about a guy who grows a twin and makes the twin go to school for him.
at some point in high school i had a class with someone (who happened to have the same birthday) and we discovered we had both read this book when we were younger.
