3.5. Few things I really liked and remember - the impact of insuline on fat burning, the need for regular eating throughout the day and for each meal to include protein and complex carbs. For these, it's worthy. The rest, you'll skip through (does anyone actually ever follows receipes from the book??? )
Second time reading this one. The first itself seems fairly sensible, and a good portion of the book is given over to recipes, but I find the 'little and often' method of eating doesn't help me. I'd forgotten that competent before I re-read it. The actual advice about balanced meals and good swaps is good though. I've made better notes this time.
