Interpersonal communication instruction on building and maintaining satisfying relations with other people is lacking if it does not deal with how to do this while arguing, especially since argumentative communication probably will occur throughout a relationship. By using a clear writing style, Dominic Infante delivers a well structured technique for arguing. Some of the techniques could be described as common sense, however, I believe that is because it really makes a lot of sense and are actually true.
