I’ll be interested to see how we use this book during our leadership conference at the end of January. These are certainly questions that lead to both introspection and the formation of strong bonds between people, if taken seriously and handled with care.
On a personal level, some of these questions I really did not have answers for, and others elicited very negative responses. Again, it will be interesting to see how this book is implemented at our conference.
