A friend had told me that Steve McQueen became a believing Christian towards the end of his life. This was news to me so I wanted to read more about it. I knew little of his life except that he was a good actor and seemed like a pretty tough guy and that he died of cancer around the age of 50.
The book itself wasn't that great of a read but it did fill in details I didn't know about Steve and left me with the assurance that he indeed did come to Christ [right BRFORE he learned of his terminal cancer, btw]. I wasn't so interested in all the details about his house up in the hills near a little CA town. On Wikepia I found it very interesting that they stated quite certainly that he became a Christian and was at peace at the end of his life.,,in starked contrast to the rest of his history.
