I really enjoyed this short anthology of children's poems. There were some poems that I felt were particularly poignant in regards to Australian childhood and made me feel quite nostalgic.
I look forward to being able to use this anthology in my classroom, because there are many gems inside!

I read this to my daughter when she was young.
Reading poetry, with rhyme and rhythm was a joy for both of us.
