Interesting for its time. Quite dated since it was pre 9-11, and the most serious terrorist attack to date was the Oklahoma bombing.

This is an exceptional book about America's elite Counter-terrorism teams such as the U.S. Military's renown Navy Seals, The Special Development Group (DevGru), as well as the FBI's elite Hostage Rescue Team,(HRT) and the U.S. Marshals Service's Special Operations Group. Also mentioned is the most secretive unit of them all: NEST (The Nuclear Emergency Search Team) the Ghost Busters of the ultimate terror: a terrorist armed with a Nuclear Device.
If you loved Tomajczyk's "Bomb Squads" this book makes for an excellent companion. In today's volatile world, my hat's off to the world's unsung heroes of anti-terror!
