Oh, Erik, it's good to be back in the groove. Just love these books - so good, so rubbish, such bad English - oh! Take me to the bottom of the staires! Love them! Make me laugh out loud, and cry in equal measures! Totally buy into the stories.

Lovable characters and an entertaining story told with Erik Schubach's distinctive writing style.

I really enjoyed this the characters love of music shines through. I loved the descriptions of Minuettes music having so many hidden layers and messages it added a lot to the story. The descriptions of London is another thing I like about the series. Of course seeing characters from previous books is always fun.

I just found out this was a series and I read the most recent one first. That being said I didn't need to read the others to know what was going on or get a feeling for the characters.

Really love this one as it touches a place close to home. My wife is someone that just needs to have things just so so and don't get me started on how a database with inaccurate information will send her into a tizzy. Our life is filled with lists, plans, spreadsheets, and even presentations, for home as well as work. I just it's a good thing I appreciate and am somewhat the same. Doc said I had high blood pressure and wanted me to keep track to see how meds were working. On follow-up visit I had spreadsheets, line charts, projected patterns, etc to present to her, but doesn't everyone do that? ;-)

"...in her music we become one. We knew each other so intimately in the swirling current of the melody, the waves of the notes that crashed upon the shores of our awareness. She was my harmony and I was her voice. There was something we shared in the music that could never be taken away."
Looks like the series is back on track! I started Minuette with huge expectations, after reading the last I was hoping for the series to redeem itself, and it did! Minuette, though not as good as the firsts, was still a gem. I like how this isn't as heavy as the others and just a casual fun cute read. The romance was still belieavable, I don't know how that happened because we spent almost 70% of the story without Mindy but her connection and chemistry with Annette was very visible, her POV also helped for the readers to be able to connect to her. Ofcourse, I like seeing the other characters, Erik is just so good at stitching events and persons (Tim here was A+++).
If I was ever asked to pick a favorite character, I'd just fly off to the outer space. Also, will we be getting Zil and Jen's story? Stop with the teasing, please.
I can help but see Alison Hendrix (Orphan Black) on the cover!

So much awkward cuteness that would make a platypus blush. Another fun and cute story. Seeing June have to work to give out her "j" card was fun. Now I am looking forward to the next in the series as I hold on to hope that the original MoTS series will hit Audible soon.
After a second run through, this really is a sweet story. Also seeing other character form the other stories flow through this one really fills this universe.

Loved it!
I can't get enough of the London Harmony stories. So great to meet new characters while checking in with characters we already know. Great book. They are never long enough, but LOVED reading Minuette.

Great addition to my collection
Great story. Great characters. Always love how accepting Eric's characters are for those who are not quite "perfect". Another awesome addition to the London Harmony series. You start reading and you'll be hooked.

Loved it, but needs to stop with the English
I love his books they are always great reads, but, I get that it's supposed to be based in UK but it needs to tone itself down a bit. It also gets confused between its American and English wordage. We don't have blocks, we do not call it the core or anything else except the city, we don't have yearbooks, or blocks for that matter. we have streets. we do not refer to central London as anything other then the city. Does it damage the story? Not at all and I enjoyed it immensely. But as having ASD when the trip ups happen it makes it difficult for me to continue and interrupts the flow.

It is great to see us, the reader, come back into London Harmony with so many old faces. It is great to see the ending to the Phantom Melody and what it entails. Another of Eric's masterpieces written beautifully, leaving you guessing to the next layer that will arise.
