I left with the idea I wanted space, but I returned with the idea I need Logan.

Before Just One Night, I hadn't read any of Jami Wagner's books. So I didn't really know what to expect. The only thing I could get a vibe of off is the cover. A cover I love. Especially because of the colors, but also because of the composition. Just One Night is the second novel in the Black Alcove series, but fortunately all books can be read as a standalone. And that's exactly what I did. J

Following on from Book #1 Just One Kiss , we have Sara whom readers will remember was the bar owner who decided to backpack around Europe and left Kelsey- her best friend in charge and Logan - the guy Sara has always loved. We also catch glimpses of Ethan - who is Sara's cousin and now Kelsey's husband and father of their child. In Just One Night by Jami Wagner, it tells the story of a romance that never seems to have the right timing as something always gets in the way of their happiness whethe ...more

I have to start off by saying, I didn't read book one in this series. I think that might have been a mistake because when reading Just One Night, it was like going to a party where everyone knew each other except you. It was awkward and not fun.

I felt, Just One Night starts right off like the reader knew the back story of the couple. Not having read book one, I knew nothing and wasn't invested in the book like I should have been. I didn't get a back story of the main characters, Sara and

Sarah and Logan have always tried to be together and it's not been easy at all especially when obstacles are put in the way, but now that the secret is coming out about the two they are willing to try to make a go of it but when an opportunity is placed Logan feels it's the best thing for both but will the distance keep them from being together or can they make long distance work? I loved it.

Whether they were a couple or not, it's always been Sara and Logan, from the time they became friends on Logan's first day of school to working together at the Black Alcove. When they decide to give having a relationship another shot, any plans they had are nixed when Sara's father informs her that he bough a bar in Colorado that would be exclusively hers. She's exci

The Best Parts:

This story is one that I have been waiting for. Logan and Sara have known each other forever, just like Kelsey and Ethan has so the tale of another childhood romance had me all excited. What was even better about this one though was the struggle for Sara and Logan. They fought and yet they didn't and then family got in the way, and let's not mention Liam, but it was real. It was fun, and it was also heartbreaking.

The love between these two was a blessing to r

In one word Just One Night is more than just one night it is a time for second chances for a life filled of love and forever. I loved how Jami Wagner quickly introduced us to Logan and his bond with Sara. The relationship they have for one another is strong no matter the obstacles that come in between. I have to say Jami Wagner did a great job in making Logan work for his woman. Have to say for a man who is trying to so hard to prove he is the right

I really enjoyed Sara and Logan's story. They belonged together from the being, but they were always torn apart. I love how this writer portrays her characters and I love the stories that she gives them! I look forward to reading the rest of the Black Alcove Series!!
