This is the eleventh book in the Dragon Guard Series. While you can read them as stand alones, I highly suggest you read them in order. There is a continuing story line even though each book is about a different dragon finding his mate.
This picks right up where the epilogue of The Fate of Her Dragon left off. Tomas is on his way home from going to Maddox’s to deliver the magical box. But a blizzard comes and he has to seek shelter. Luckily he finds shelter in a cave in the mountain side. But he isn’t the only one using it…
Holly is a Christmas Angel. She has been sent on her final mission, but she has no clue what that mission is. She can’t contact anyone, not her family or her “boss”. She does know that she will be able to go and search for her mate, another Christmas Angel, after this mission is over.
But she finds a shifter sitting in her cave. She’s extremely attracted to him, but he can’t be her mate! Can he!? He isn’t an Angel!!
“Holly, I know as sure as God made little green apples that I am your mate and you are mine. But I can assure you of one thing…I’m damned sure no angel.”
There are a few surprises in this book, but I’m not even going to give you a hint. This is a quick read, only took me about an hour to read it. Just like all the other Dragon Guard books, I wasn’t able to put it down.
Now I will try to wait nicely, for the next book. After reading the epilogue about Rian, I’m not sure I can wait though!

A great Christmas gift
The was a great Christmas story of a love that will never end. A Christmas Angle and her true mate a purebred Dragon. It is so worth the read. I loved it. If your looking for a great Christmas story here it is.

This one had the not-so-crazy about "fated mate" trope, but also a trope I generally do like- "forced proximity." Holly is a Christmas Angel with one more mission to complete before she can search for her soul mate. Problem is, she wasn't told what it was, only to go to this cave and wait. Tomas is returning from an errand and has to take shelter from a blizzard.
I liked both characters. Holly was in denial since she was certain her mate would be another angel (Tomas is a dragon). While there, they team up to rescue a magical being.

This was a sweet short story with a few new elements and surprises along the way. The books in this series are not very long and have the insta element to them. This one gave us a new type of mating between a Christmas Angel and a Pure-Breed Dragon. These two are unexpectedly snowed in with each other. Even though they know they are mates, they must first help an unknown entity; before they can give into Fate. I found this unique entity interesting and am curious how or if this entity will play a role in the books to come.
If you are looking for a Christmas miracle, with a sweet ending then come and meet the Dragon Guardsmen and the one women Fate has picked for them.

Holly is a christmas angel is on mission as well. She has no idea what the mission is or any way to communicate with her commander and family. Holly takes shelter from the storm in a near by cave. The wonders people find when taking shelter from the storm.

Loved Holly & Tomas story!! Dragon Guard is my favorite series.I've read everyone and never been disappointed. If you haven't read any of these you are missing some great writing!! Dramatic, sexy and funny is what I love about her books. You will NEVER be disappointed in her books!!

Tomas was a cross between a golden and red dragon, one of the few drakes to actually have two pure-blooded parents. Because Tomas' father and the Rayne MacLendon, revered commander of the Golden Fire Clan, were lifelong friends he was given the honor of training with the clan. So when asked, he agreed to fly half way around the world, deliver a package and return within three day to make it back in time for Christmas. Except now he was grounded because of ice on his wings in the worst blizzard in fifty years.

As Tomas is single it falls to him to deliver something important just before Christmas, but on the way home, he gets snowbound in a cave. However, it is the home of a Christmas Angel called Holly who is on one of her missions. He recognises her immediately as his mate, but she is adamant that she cannot mate with a dragon. It seems that the Universe and the Heavens have a plan of their own for them both if only he can persuade her.
This is a lovely Christmas story that tells of how yet another Dragon Guardsman found his mate in the most unexpected situation. Enjoyable story that is well written and easy to understand. Contains some sexual content.

I just finished Her Dragons No Angel, wonderful cover and title.
I am a fan of the Dragons and the Dragon Guard. This one did not disappoint. It is small but full of light, love and hope.
Holly and Thomas's story is sweet and I loved it. We are all different and there is someone out there for all of us.
Julia's books are entrancing and you want the next one as soon as you finish the one you are reading. She always leaves you wanting more, a true story teller and I am ready to be drawn back to the Dragon Guard!

A short, but cute story about one of the dragons we've come to know and love finding his mate - a Christmas Angel. On the way to realising that they are fated mates, they save another cute little being, and some hunters and a demon also make an appearance.
Likeable enough characters, an okay plot and a quite good narration style make this an amusing read for an hour or two.
Like all the others, though, this one could do with another editing session in respect of minor grammar and spelling errors.

He stops to find shelter. He finds a cave he thinks abandoned. In walks Holly in a bright light shielding herself. Once Thomas sees her without the light he immediately goes my mate. Holly fights it. Will Thomas get his angel? Will they keep evil from getting stronger? Come on in and find out.

This was a very short book but also very enjoyable. Dragon shifter Tomas is sent on an errand for his Commander right before Christmas and gets caught in a bad storm on his way home. He takes refuge in a cave where he meets Holiday Angel Holly, who just so happens to be his mate. She's always believed her mate is another angel, so she's having trouble accepting Tomas. Great characters and some hot sexy times at the end of the story.

INTERESTING SERIES, BUT BECAME REPETITIVE AFTER A FEW BOOKS
After reading a few of these, I decided to write one review for all of them. I found these books to be pretty good, if somewhat formulaic. If a reader is looking for a good story with some drama & where the main characters go through some terrible things, but ultimately end up together, I think they will enjoy this series of books. It is sometimes nice to read a "happily ever after" story.

Awe inspiring
This time Julia outdid herself. I had chills and cried this book and the angels mercy I have never read anything with such insight and warmth. Tomas a dragon shifter is stuck in a snow storm

One of the Sweetest
This book introduces another supernatural being, one we're much more familiar with, an angel. This series is truly unique in its story about good versus evil. Really good.

This book about a dragon and his angel was refreshingly free of vulgar language. This book is number eleven in a series of forty five. I have enjoyed this book and series, even though it could use a little more editing.

Cute Christmas Read
It’s a feel good Christmas story and it definitely rings true on that path. Seems strange to suddenly have angels introduced to this storyline but I guess we’ve already had demons.

Thomas has been sent on a quest, on the way back he ends up in blizzard conditions but finds a cave. Holly is a Christmas Angel & has been using the cave to stay out of the blizzard, when she gets back, Thomas is waiting for her!
