This is a great cookbook. Fantastic and creative pasta recipes that are quick, low-fat and vegetarian. Perfect for my tastes right now; although I still eat meat, I am leaning toward more and more vegetarian dishes. And pasta will always be a favorite, so I will return to this cookbook often.
Love this cookbook - easy vegetarian recipes that even my kids will eat! It probably helps that they all have some kind of pasta in them although I've subbed brown rice in some of them with great success as well!
