I read the first in this series and really enjoyed it, so when I saw this one, with the hot as hell cover, I figured it would be the perfect thing to get me out of my slump. Sadly, it didn't do the trick, but I did enjoy the story and I'm glad I finally got around to reading it.

I enjoyed the characters, especially Wren's son Wyatt who was too adorable for words. I thought Stitch was great, and he had a lot of responsibility that he never ran away from, which I loved about him. It was great to s

This was a nice reading!A short kind of insta love story!
Stitch was a member of Satan's Fury MC club, he did all the dirty work and protected his brothers. My heart just broke for him since the first page, I mean he went through hell with his grandfather. And now with Wren and Wyatt he had a c

I have to admit that yes I'm a cover whore and I regret nothing. When I read the blurb for this story,I was very intrigued by it and it did not dissapoint.

Griffin(Stitch)has had a terrible childhood.Being constantly abused by his Grandfather has taken it's toll on him and after being nearly beaten to death, with his sister's help,he decides to run away. Now an adul

If I rated this book based solely on Stitch, it would be 5+ stars. I absolutely loved him...tattoos and beard on a motorcycle...mmmmhmmm...yummy! I would give Wren 4 stars. She is a wonderful mother and I loved her strength. All the club drama and some unfinished things are what's holding me back in my rating.

Stitch is a club enforcer. He had a rough life growing up. My heart was breaking for him in the prologue. The man doesn't hold back. After a particular

I enjoyed this one a bit more than I did the first book, Maverick. It was a bit gritty and it definitely had some violence in this one.

Stitches' background was brutal and just sad. Definitely a tortured soul. (His Grandpa deserves to be beaten in the most heinous of ways. Totally sickened me the bastard) I really liked Stitch. He is the enforcer for his club and he takes his job very seriously. I loved how protective and honestly, how cray cray he was. The boy just walked through bu

Overall Opinion: This was an enjoyable motorcycle club romance. It touched close to home because the H's son has Asperger's syndrome and I have a son that has that disorder also. I wish there were more interactions with the H and the boy, because the ones we do get are awfully sweet. I loved the H, which is kind of rare for me when reading mc books because they're typically messing up and causing their own drama. It was easy to follow along even though I didn't know the other characters, so I/>Overall

like a few of my friends on here, i'll admit i chose this first off because of the cover. no shame here, you put a bearded and tatted up hot guy on the cover and i'll stop and take a second look.

this was a very quick read. it kept me interested as it was fast paced but it did have a basic story line. it's a light hearted mc book, not at all violent or overly gritty so keep that in mind if you prefer that style. told in dual pov. i did feel sometimes the hero's pov was a little feminine at times

I knew that I was going to like Stitch. He was a complete badass covered in scars and tattoos. He was the clubs enforcer, so he pretty much killed anyone that messed with club or the families.

His meeting with Wren was different. When Stitch met Wrens son he knew that they needed to be protected. Wren had an abusive ex husband. Stitch started following them and learning everything he could about them. His relationship with Wrens son was really special.

Things get crazy with another club in the a

My last read of 2015. This was a really enjoyable book. Low angst, relationship develops fast, good MCs, and quick read. I loved the heroine's son too. There is abuse dealt with in the book but it's not play by play which was a relief but is mentioned, the worst is in prologue. It is a biker book but it doesn't mention much of the whole club whore thing like some biker books which was nice too. Even the violence is minimal but is in the book. There is ex husband drama but no OW drama. It is safe ...more

Recommends it for: It didn't work for me, so can't really recommend.
12/25/2015 --

Bookcovers for me are like a cat with a laser light. I just can't seem to leave them alone. I get burned so often ...

While not bad, it just couldn't hold my interest. I got to 45% and gave it up. I thought it pretty mediocre and it bored me. I've read other reviews that labeled it as nothing out of the ordinary .. just another book. So, not wasting anymore of my time. I'm giving it 2 Stars.

Happy Reading!

3.5 RATING - This was a quick, easy read that I enjoyed. Likable characters. In the end, I just wish there was a little more to work with. I liked it but didn't love it. I'll definitely read this author again.

4.5 Damn! This.Book.Is.Oh.So.Good Stars!!!

This is actually my first L. Wilder book, and you know what caught me first? That cover that made my knickers wet and the fact that it is an MC book! Swoon!!!

There's nothing more to say because from that cover to blurb which almost says it all until the end of the book, everything is worth reading for. Right there and then you will be drawn into the story that made you undecided whether to go through its fast paced tempo or just de

Readable but just that. There was nothing different or new or outstanding here. There was too much bland sex at the expense of actual scenes of the hero and heroine getting to know each other. I didn't like that the hero was a killer. I'm not real fond of the really bad motor cycle gang stories. I like mine to be a bit more law abiding. I find it unrealistic that a ordinary woman would be so okay with that. And here's something that just may be me but I don't find long beards attractive. And in ...more

I've been a fan of Leslie Wilder's since her first release, Inferno. To say that she has grown as an author is a vast understatement. Leslie has blossomed, she's come into her talent and, as a fan, it's a thrill to watch. I'm an unapologetic bookworm, a lover of reading. Sometimes I find the thrill in the written word, sometimes it's in stumbling across a little known indie author, following her career and watching her talent develop. With each of Leslie's releases, I saw her promise, I sa

I'm not exactly sure why I didn't read this book sooner. I read book #1 in the series awhile ago, and now I'm kicking myself for not opening this one up sooner. Really enjoyed it, diving into the next one now!

His parents killed in a car crash, Griffin (Stitch) has endured tortuous abuse at the hands of his Grandfather. He never touched his sister Emerson and if he ever did he would have killed him. After the beating that almost took his life, Emerson helped him run. Running made him the man he is today. Club Enforcer .. He will protect the only family he has ever known with his life with the exception of his sister. There is nothing he wo

When Stitch made his appearance in Maverick, I just knew his story was gonna rock. I love badass, bossy, alpha bikers but Stitch takes the cake. You know why? Because he quietly and efficiently takes care of what's important to him. Stitch is so good at being Satan's Fury enforcer, that he is not questioned for his actions; he is respected for getting done what needs to be done. The minute Wyatt found his way into Stitch's life and his heart, did it for me. Wren, Wyatt's mom, is without a doubt, ...more

The heroine takes her son and leaves her abusive husband. Her husband and has anger issues, but has supervised visits with his son. One day during a regular visit, the son runs away from his father's home when he runs into Stitch. Stitch takes special interest in the heroine and her son. He protects them. Stitch knows about living in an abusive home after his grandfather abused him for years and he does not want the little boy to go through what he went through.
