این کتاب در مورد شکل گیری کارخانه اتوموبیل سازی هوندا در آمریکاست. نویسنده به بسیاری از جنبههایی که باعث رشد و موفقیت یک کارخانه میشود، اشاره کرده و توضیح داده است که در هوندا چه روشی در پیش گرفته شدهاست. موارد خوبی را میتوان از این کتاب استخراج کرد ولی کتاب از ناپیوستگی مطالب رنج میبرد!

Incredible book! Interesting details on the history of the creation of the company and insights into the culture. Confirms what I thought about Honda through the experiences that I have had in working with them - Very thorough and demanding, but more than willing to help you achieve their goals. They have a culture of empowerment and ownership that encourages individuals to take responsibility for their work.
It is easy to see how this culture has lead to their success. Imagine how successful a country would be with a culture of empowered, responsible individuals!
