I thought I would read this book because Vin Diesel raved about the book and how it helped him. However I believe the techology has past by most film and into the digital phase. I might read 50% of the book after cutting out the outdated film parts.

The technology may have changed, but the principle is mainly the same. If you are trying to break into to hollywood style feature film making, I would highly recommend it
