David Macpherson
A solid anthology with some stories being wonderful and others kind of just there. The conceit of the anthology is that these are stories about crimes that are no longer crimes. Some of the stories tended to be the sad tales of racism or sexism or ethnic cleansing, but others transcended the parameters and created good stories. The best was by Kristine Katheryn Rusch about a former military nurse helping out during the 1968 race riots. Nice stuff
