I am attending a training with Ray Leone, and it was suggested to read this prior to the training. The information is easy to understand but not so easy to implement. It is based around understanding other people's personalities and changing your tactics to build the relationship in a way that matches their natural progress. The information and way of building relationships is transferrable across business, not just for sales. It has useful information about knowing the answers to your questions before you ask and being prepared to respond, when to close, and how to approach negotiation. It is not a long read and worth your time to build your business intellect.
