Kennedy is book 13 in the series. Each book originates from the ghosts of 79 people who died at Culloden. However, each story is unique, and focuses on the specific ghost. Each ghost must complete a noble deed, however this time the ghost is a young lady not a warrior. I found her story, and the desperation to save her brother and then Rabby to be heart breaking sweet. She fights so hard to make the outcome different. This story is so sweet and really played on my emotions. The story is well written and interesting. The characters are well developed. Narration is excellent, I love the Scottish brogue. I received a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily leaving my review.

This is a wonderful series to read or listen to. 79 ghosts rose after the battle at Culloden Moor and each one has been offered the chance to do a good deed and earn a reward. Assa a Scottish lass died at Culloden Moor. She goes back in time to try and stop her family from fighting at Culloden Moor, knowing they will all die. On her way she meets Gerard Ross, who also died near her. Can she save him or will history repeat itself? If you love ghost stories and true love then this is the story for you. It does end in a cliffhanger.

This is book 13 in The Ghosts of Culloden Moor Series, a Scottish Paranormal Romance. The characters are well developed, and interesting. I liked this short and emotional novella, and the unexpected twist. I am looking forward to listening to Gerard. Andrew McDermott and Jenn McGuirk did an excellent job bringing this story to life. This is part of the ghost of the "Culloden Moor" series. Definitely read the "Gathering" first because it sets everything up. Each story is about one of the seventy nine who died at Culloden and are now ghosts. Each story is each story is unique and a bit different. This is a good story, that develops nicely. It is interesting and intriguing with good narration. This one is about Kennedy, not a warrior, but a lady. This one is a bit different and ends with an interesting cliff hanger.

Kennedy is not this Scot's real name. Revenge on the Bonnie Prince Charlie is not why this ghost rose up after death and lingered on Culloden Moor. This ghost is different than the others and not the same kind of different that the young Rabby that knew its secret. The end of this tale is not actually the end of this tale. It is a temporary end.

I Almost Avoided This Novella
...and there's little I can say without revealing Kennedy' s secrets so, I will just say that I loved this cliff-hanger of a story which stays in Scotland, and in a far-off time. I like that. On to my next choice in the series. I don't read the stories in order.

Heart wrenching tale of love and loss
It's always sad to revisit the doomed battle of Culloden. And to know the outcome will bring such devastation. I've learned so much of Scotland's history with this series. Most striking is the brave valor and loyalty. Even in the face of certain doom. The romance is sweet and haunting. Another good chapter in the 79's saga.

Best series I have ever read
I have laughed,cried and dreamed along with the characters in each book.I WAS ALWAYS IN A RUSH TO GET TO THE NEXT BOOK AND DID NOT Take the time for a review ,I apologize for it this is the best I have ever read and I am an avid reader!

This is book 13 in the series. You will want to read the first short story, The Gathering, for the background of the Muir witch before you start the rest of the series. After that, each one can be read as a standalone .
I love 💕 this series! I will not say much about this story so I don’t give anyway any spoilers. It’s worth the read.

Fantastic
Another great book with a fantastic twist to the storyline. Kennedy didn't want to move on, afraid of Bell, but more afraid of Heaven. This is a well written story with a twist at the end.

Sweet
This is a really sweet but woesome story. A lo e story gone off track and it took 2870 + years to fix a wrong. Kennedy gets it right and so does LL Muir in this story.

Wonderful story

Loved this one! I enjoyed Kennedy's secret. Dying about the cliffhanger ending, though! I'm plowing through these books like hard candy LOL!

Okay this is book #13 and its about Kennedy. Now how was I supposed to know it's really a girl. Surprise!!! According to Gerard they all know she is a girl and have been knowing her secret but what they don't know is how she like Rabby ended up on their field. Kennedy doesn't actually want to leave Culloden because she doesn't want to go to the other side nor does she want to meet up with Prince Charlie. She just wants to try and keep her brother from coming here in the first place. She gets her chance and Wickham helps her. But what do she really discover? Oh I'm sooooo not telling that one. You'll just have to see for yourself.

Kennedy (The Ghosts of Culloden Moor #13), my tenth read from author L.L. Muir & the thirteenth in the highly enjoyable Ghosts of Culloden Moor series. My wife is a Scottish romance reader & sometimes the books she reads influence me to read them as well. Another well-written short read in the series. I'll read more from this author & in this series, but what really got me going was narrator Andrew McDermott, I love his Irish brogue. Co-narrator Jenn McGuirk added to the enjoyment of the book. “I received a free Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Unbelievable what these brave souls went through.
As always another great story from the 79 ghosts of Muldoon. The chance to change how it happened is it the way to go or not. Will the reward be worth the challenge. Will Kennedy hold up his end as he did before just asking. The next in story I hope is in the works. Watching for the next book.

Fate & futures
Once again I can tell you I loved this and the continuation of the series. Kennedy's character is fierce and never gives up. Without giving much away I can tell you once you start reading your not going to want to put it down. The ending was completely different from all the others and leaves you wanting more. Well Done!

What a wonderful story of love and sacrifice. Just like all the other Culloden Moor Books this one is a winner .It grabs hold of you and doesn't let go even at the end!

Fantastic story!
While I have loved all of these stories, this one was definitely a favorite. All stories have something new to offer, this one did not disappoint!
