Bloody Hell, I read 'Come to Me' a few months ago and it's like reading it for the first time! Vic and Lenny aren't conventional, it's tortured love, dark, rough and at times very twisted for sure, but I didn't regret the ride. I might hold my breath or sometimes losing my mind but I couldn't imagine something else for the last installment, an epic ending for an epic couple!
Leaving these characters was really hard and Mary I can't wait for your next novels!

Full review to come on release day!

******************************

‘Come to Me’ was freaking festival of fireworks. Mary Catherine Gebhard really made a great parallel between Vic and Lennox’s relationship and how was told the story.

It was all over the place. It was challenging, violent and very twisted. Reading it through Vic’s POV was so much interesting, showing how deeply and unconditionally he loved Lennox, in their twisted way - due to their constant issues; lies, Lennox’s disease, Vic’s past and job.

In the first book, you didn't know much about Vic and it was well balanced with the first one - part of his childhood, his job at GEM and connexion with his “brothers”.

Vic and Lennox needed to go through Hell in order to rise from the ashes. They needed more than a fresh start, without all the crap. But how could they survive to this bag of bones? Is it too late for their happy ending?

It was a complete mess, with the two of them, so dependent to each other, fighting when they were together and getting miserable. Alone, it was worse and they weren’t themselves, just a piece of a body with no soul. They were destructive together with a constant battle against themselves but also in their relationship.

They weren’t gentle, no flower and chocolate, just violence and tortured passion. And I was entranced.

I was scared of the storyline, from the beginning I was kind of holding my breath, with all the possibilities ahead me : happy or tearjerking? Honestly? Both. The author really messed with my heart and emotions.

But hopefully, I’ve got some sweetness and I liked it, this ending was so like them. They started true to themselves, even if the road was full of pitfalls. After all this tsunami of emotion, a little bit of lightness in their world of heavies was necessary. The love they felt for each other got me, straight to the guts and to the heart.

Everything was happening at a frenetic pace, Vic and Lenny captured my heart. Mary Catherine managed to make story come alive and also to make a point about mental illness, fighting against demons, being "normal". It was told in a disconcerting reality. Very frightening.
And the sex, so damn hot and dark!

This book had to be all over the place, explosive, nuclear like Vic and Lennox. That’s how I pictured them and I wasn’t disappointed. But damn I needed a drink after reading it! Their story was a shot of adrenaline and I was addicted!

Before I started Come To Me, I was really nervous about this book, like so nervous that I almost decided to pass on reading it now and maybe saving it for sometime later. I am so, so glad that I didn't though because once I started it, all of my worry and anxiousness went away. It was positively amazing and I loved, loved, loved it!

I absolutely adored Lenny in You Own Me - she made me laugh so much and I just loved her for that. I have enjoyed seeing her since then in Grace's story and this one was no different. Granted, she's a little crazy and there were times when she made me cringe a little but I still love her for who she is. Lennox is passionate and stubborn and a fighter and yeah, so what if she's a little cray cray sometimes? We all have our crazy and hers is what makes her special and what makes her Lenny.

Part of the reason - okay, most of the reason - why I was so nervous to read Come To Me was because of Vic. I loved how possessive he was in You Own Me, the man is seriously HOT, but that was about the only thing he had going for him for me. I didn't have a lot of faith in him when it came to his feelings for Lenny and while I wanted them to be together, I had my doubts about him. I am so happy to say though, that he completely, one hundred percent, without a single doubt changed my mind about him in this book. In fact, he totally stole my heart, stole the show, and was definitely the star of Come To Me. I can't deny the way Vic feels about Lennox, he's wholeheartedly in love with her, and he just made me fall wholeheartedly in love with him. Vic turned out to be an excellent hero and I'm honestly going to miss him and if you have reservations about him like I did, please give him a chance because I know that he can make you fall in love with him too!

I was kind of missing the humor from You Own Me in Let Me Go, but Ms. Gebhard brought a good deal of it back for Come To Me - it was funny and at times ridiculous but in a silly, good way. It was beautiful and heartbreaking and full of action, heat, and passion. It will make your heart pound, your mind race, get your blood pumping, and make you feel a little crazy and desperate yourself sometimes, but you will also laugh and good sigh and there will be times where it's hard not to smile.

Come To Me is hands down Ms. Gebhard's best book, not only in the series, but out of all of her books. There is so much heart in this book that it would be impossible for me not to love it or for it to not be my favorite. It definitely is and although it might be hard for a new book to take its place, I can't WAIT for her next book!

You should read the series in order, but if you read one book before Come To Me, it should be You Own Me. It is mostly told from Vic's POV, and Lennox and Vic do get their happily-ever-after and this time you know it will stick, no matter what!

They both make separate choices that will serious injury, physically and mentally, each other. This is a real and gritty relationship that takes real work to make better.

Vic and Lenny's story is far from a traditional love story, but it can't be doubted that it is indeed a love story. It's ugly, dirty, and oh so very powerful.

I love Vic. He has no idea what he's doing or how to fix what's broken, but he's willing to try. He's the epitome of alpha male, but he will do whatever it takes for Lenny. Lenny - well is Lenny. She's a nutcase. Her mental illness causes never ending problems and nothing is every easy for her.

I love these characters and their faults. It's always interesting to get a story that isn't sunshine and rainbows. This one was an unpredictable roller coaster and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Come to Me, By Mary Catherine Gebhard, is the ending of a beautiful series that address mental illness in a way you don’t see in literature right now and it’s a welcome addition to the New Adult genre.

I had so many emotions reading the final book in this series. I felt like I was on a roller coaster. Mary Catherine has the ability to write about mental illness so well and when you’re reading from that perspective you feel it take you over. I was mentally exhausted by the end of the book, and that was a good thing. I felt anxiety, apprehension, hope and relief before all was said and done.

Having read You Own Me, the first book in the series, I became obsessed and reading this final book was like saying goodbye to a friend and not knowing when/if I would see them again. I felt so much of the highs and lows that Lennox felt as I read through the pages. I wanted to jump into the book and insert myself into her life. I wanted to be there for her journey, I wanted to watch her find the strength to pull herself from the ashes and begin again.

Lennox and Vic have played games with each other their entire relationship, will the games ever be over? The obsession they have with each other is dangerous to all involved, not just the two of them. The chemistry between the two characters is so overwhelming at times that you don’t want them together because you feel how much they affect each other, good and bad.

Lennox is bi-polar and off her meds when we meet up with her again. She’s tired of having medication that does nothing to help her feel normal. Her brain never shuts off and for those with mental illness you know how exhausting it is to never have a quiet moment. She’s buying pills from dealers and drinking to excess because for her it’s the only thing working.

When Vic finally cuts ties with GEM it’s not as easy as he wanted, will it cost him Lenny? Will it cost him more than he’s willing to give up?

Vic wants his life with Lenny, he wants as close happy as it gets for them but uses GEM as a crutch. Anytime things get too intense with their relationship he takes a mission. Lenny is done. She’s dealing with her own issues. Sure they’re in therapy but when you can’t talk about things like your job and that job being a main source of contention it makes therapy that much more difficult.
Vic is also re-living memories from his childhood and it’s not pretty. You begin to understand how Vic became the man he is today and you wonder if he’s willing to face those demons to grow or if he’s content with the status quo.

Everything comes to a head in for Vic and Lenny, can they save themselves or each other from themselves?

You will not get a moments peace with this book until the final page. I could not set it down until I devoured every word.

If you haven’t read this book or this series I highly recommend that you do. I say take the weekend, grab the basic necessities and binge. Oh and maybe take Monday off to recover, you’re going to have major book hangover.

An amazing ending to an amazing series! More Lennox and more Vic, more of their love, their trials ups and downs, and how well, how perfect they are together. In their own odd way they are amazing with each other, and they've come a long way.

Without giving anything away I'll keep this short and sweet. If you've read book one you'll want to read this. There is so much more to their story, Vic and Lennox still have a lot to work on between themselves, but also on their own. If you've read my other reviews on this series you know how much I really love Grace. And in this book we do see her and Eli and I love it just love it!

I love this series and highly recommend it to all darker romance fans. It's not quite in the dark romance genre it's sort of teetering on the edge of it. Mary Catherine gives you this Warning: Sometimes people are ugly and what they do even uglier, even to the ones they love. There are dark elements in this series to yield caution to that, but if it's something you are ok with grab the series now, and enjoy! An amazing ending to an amazing series! This book is a great continuation of Lenny and Vic’s love story. They still have their ups and downs. Lenny is struggling with her illness. She doesn’t know what she feels sometimes or what to do to be happy again. I loved it that I could read more about Lenny’s illness, it made the book real and raw. Lenny also still has problems with Vic’s job. Vic goes away sometimes for a long time and Lenny misses him very much then. Lenny wants Vic to stop with his work, but Vic can’t just stop. Vic doesn’t know how to deal with Lenny’s illness sometimes, but no matter what, Vic will always love Lenny and he can’t imagine his life without her in it. He’s very protective over her and only wants the best for her.

In the first part, Vic and Lenny fight a lot and they’re struggling. I was sometimes frustrated when they had another fight. Their communication skills aren’t the best, but Vic never had to talk with someone like Lenny expects him to do. I was really wondering how they would get their happily ever after and if they would get it together.

I really started to love this book in the second part. There was a huge twist that I couldn’t believe had happened. There was a great build up to the twist, but I was still shocked. Things change a lot in the second part, but Lenny will get better and be happy again.

I also loved it when Grace appeared. She and Eli are one happy couple and Eli is funny sometimes. Grace and Vic grow even closer in this book and that was beautiful to read. They really become a family. Seven also appears in this book and I’m very curious about his story.

****received a copy for my honest review****

Vic and Lenny, what a pair. They are the most messed up couple that I have ever read about. They both are equally messed up. This was a good story and you learn so much more about the pair.

Vic still doesn't understand his feelings and how to handle them. Lenny still is unsure on her life and why she is with Vic. She is still trying to deal with her mental illness.

This story takes some twists and turns. I wasn't expecting Vic to do what he did. I was shocked at that. And what follows for Lenny. In that fire, my heart broke.

This does leave on a HEA, thank goodness, cause the pair definitely deserve the happily ever after.

Wow, this one is a great read! I have read this series right from the beginning and I was excited to read this one. Once again I was pulled into the story. Vic and Lenny are written so good that you can almost feel there pain, struggles, love, and happiness. Vic has made some decision that have consequences. Lenny is Lenny. She has her struggles and battles.

I was a little nervous reading this one because there is a lot that goes on that I had me wondering if this story wasn't goign to end on a happy note. It definitely had me hooked and wanted to be able to read faster so I could find out what happens next.

This the conclusion to the series and it does not disappoint. Lennox and Vic should be settling down and planning a wedding but his job and her challenges keep getting in the way. their love is so strong and deep it is volatile to themselves and those around them. They break up and get back together and breakup and makeup and in some dangerous situations. Lennox mental health was a big thing in book 1 but we have to wonder about Vic's as well. I love how such a heady and heavy topic is dealt with. Some of the characters situations are extreme but the underling issues are real and dealt with in a very human way.

Another exciting read by this author. This has been an exciting series with lots of ups and downs. This is a twisted story of a dark rough tortured love. The author gives you a wonderful plot that is well written full of so much pain, love struggles. Some decisions aren’t always the best where others will give you the smiles you need. Take a wild ride as the author takes you through the lives of two people Vic and Lenny as they struggle through life and what they have made for it. What a wonderful ending to a really good series.

Come To Me is a continuation of Lenny and Vic's story, written from Vic's point of view. It's nice to look into Vic's mind, to learn about some of the events from the first book in a different light.

Lenny and Vic's relationship has always been chaotic like watching a volcano spilling lava out of its mouth: a beautiful sight to see but deadly. This, plus all the action that transpires throughout the story will certainly keep you from getting bored.

Vic and Lennox do not have the birds and flowers fluffy romance, however, their romance feels as real as any I've read and the emotions really came across in this book. The story was great; it's fast paced and packed full of action and emotions and at no stage did I really have any idea on how it was all going to unfold and end. This was easily the best book of the series so far and I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed reading Vic's point of view of the history. Lenny and Vic go through a lot until they are finally able to live their 'happily ever after', in their twisted way, but it works well for them.
I loved the end of this series, it was perfect for these characters.
Thank you for allowing me to read your stories.

Vic and Lennox are oil and water; only someone just poured a shit-ton of gasoline and lit a damn match.
Both are passionate and extremely volatile and this book follows on the heels of it's predecessors giving you one hell of a ride.

This was an ARC I was dying to read and couldn't put down...
