Lost in Chance is a fun and romantic read. It's long enough to tell the full story and didn't feel rushed. In fact I would say it feels a bit slow at times, the weakness and the charm of this book lies in seemingly normal scenes of daily life that become more. A story about second chances, love and friendships. It is beautifully written and Lize's characters not only catches your attention on early pages, but by the end of the book they've crept deep into your heart.

This is the type of book you can't wait to finish, but at the same time, one that you don't want to end. That being the very reason I simply had to read it twice.

Lost in Chance is a captivating, quirky, lighthearted book. Yet, as the story unfolds, you cannot help but notice a deeper side to the characters... as they grow, evolve and change. Lize Jacobs manages to engage the reader and makes you feel as if you are part of the story (and what a brilliant plot it is!)

Story begins with Chrisna boarding a plane to Paris. And just how it begins, story slowly tumbles along at the start, moving in a sluggish pace, building interest little by little, before finally ascending to a high-flying leap.
