This inspirational gift book discusses the global history of labyrinths, suggests how to walk one, and offers insight into the labyrinth's function today as a powerful healing tool. Illustrated with examples of Chartres, turf, allegorical labyrinths, and others; with provocative quotations from the likes of Heraclitus to Julian of Norwich. As charming as it is informative.
