**I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. The expected publication is June 9, 2015.

I had really high hopes for this story. The concept of the story was a good one and I was curious to see how it would play out. Sadly I was a little bit let down.

Don't get me wrong, this was not a bad story. I just thought it would have a little more depth and substance than it did. If

This cover does this book a disservice. As the main couple featured in this book are older, they in the late 30’s, early 40’s in the present and their children are more fitting to fit the picture if they weren’t related…..

Anyways this is a beautiful second chance story about two lovers who were broken up by distance and obligations. Starting from the beginning of their st

Randi - at the beginning of the story, she was known as Jean, but later became Randi. She had a very sweet personality. Very self sacrificing. She had a great sense of humor, and I thought she was smart. She wasn't a push over, which really added to her character. I like women who don't take much crap from the men around them.I also adored the relationship she had with her father.

Court - first off, I have a thing for English men. He fits the bill perfectly. I liked his charm and the fact that he

This was given mailed tome for an exchange of a honest review.

To start off. I thought that the setting would be around the 21st century, imagine my surprise that it was actually like the 1900s! But the time line did not stop me from liking this book.

The plot is just like any other plot when it comes to people failing in love with someone they thought would love them with the same passion as they love that person. In this case, both parties felt the same but Court. . . well, family is family and

So Birdie's unknowingly dating her brother?

Randi Jean-ha!

She hoped her husband had a heart attack?

Court is so sneaky, and cheeky!

I will never look at Chinese food the same way again.

He gets manicures?

Drew is so smart. I think Court is not his father, though.

Birdie and Drew are like night and day.

I'm so happy Randi isn't a jealous harpy.

Martha, you are crazy-town nuts.

I like his version of the past better.

Haha, very sneaky, Court.

Good for you, Helen.

How unique of him, and it's so them.

3.5 stars. This second chance romance is exactly what the blurb says. Twenty-two years ago Randi and Court fell in love, family drama pulled them apart, Randi went home without telling Court about the baby – twenty-two years on their children accidentally reunite them all. It’s all pretty straightforward, without any real shocks or surprises. It’s an easy enough read and I mostly enjoyed it.

However, wow, does that Thanksgiving meal ever drag on. Randi cycles through so many emotions, over and ov

Shea shares imagination and head space with Morgan Q. O'Reilly. Usually referred to as Morgan's sweeter sister, Shea sticks closer to the traditional sensual romance.

She also shares Blog time with J. Morgan. Talk about a mix-up! Living in the far North (Alaska) in her empty nest (yea! He's at college! On scholarship!) leaves Shea plenty of time to weave together words and dream up new stories.
