This book gave a good (but outdated at this point) overview. However, the final sentences made it seem as if after reading this book you could go right out and now knew enough to roll out an entire conflict resolution curriculum- which is not the case. If the authors have continued their research, then they should updated the book, as well as end the book with pointing educators to next steps. I wouldn't really recommend this book.
