The menage relationship development was terrible in this book. Adam's wolf wasn't affected by being separated from Nicholas, while Nicholas got stuck in his jaguar form. Kaden ran in fear from Nicholas's jaguar when they first met. I wonder if either one of these wolf shifters would have been attracted to Nicholas if he had not bitten them. Alpha Adam was an asshat. His wolf pushed a devastated Kaden away when they had a huge long history. After Nicholas also claimed Kaden, Adam got very jealous and didn't want to share Nicholas. And after all of this, Nicholas' human got jealous of Adam and Kaden's previous relationship. Even though the book ended with a menage mating sex scene, the relationship just didn't come together and felt off. It didn't feel loving, nurturing, balanced nor strong. Pretty poor installment to the series.

Super disappointing! I am just now starting to get into MMM menage books but this one really left a lot to be desired. Nicholas and Adam meet and realize their mates. They bite eachother but that is the extent of their mating since Nicolas is hesitant to give up his life to move to Virginia with Adams pack. However, a third mate is added into the mix but it actually felt like an afterthought. It was 80% of the way thru the book so there wasn't time for us to see their relationship develop. To be fully honest, we really didn't get to see much of Adam and Nicholas either bc they spend the whole book apart from eachother. The interesting part of MMM books is seeing how difficult it is for 3 ppl to make a relationship work. There is supposed to be angst and jealousy and someone feeling left out...maybe even someone walking away for awhile! This book had none of that! it was just completely lacking in my opinion and I was really disappointed. Fact is it just didn't have any of the elements that make a MMM book fun.

***** Part sixteen in this series is exciting! ***** In New Orleans, Nicholas watches the other mates in his pack and his loneliness grows. He wants that all encompassing love and companionship. Damon and Rory are mates. He and Rory, get a visitor from Virginia, Adam, who is Rory's brother, an Alpha. The Alpha attacks Damon and Nicholas intervenes, and in the battle, Nick realizes Adam is his mate. With his animal in charge, he bites Adam, sealing the mating. Problem here is, Nick isn't submissive and he doesn't want to move to Virginia. There is a twist of events and Nick is brought to Adam to recover. Kaden has been Adam's lover for years, so, now what will happen to him?
Highly entertaining, with a sexy M/M/M fantasy pictured by Adam, and their M/M sex is super hot. Big guys, smaller men, tattoos, muscles, and passionate feelings, all a plus. Great realistic characters and a fast flowing plot, with a mystery that goes unanswered. So... See for your self what goes on with this series. I think the shifter stories Olivia Black writes are terrific,
interesting and fun. Full bodied shorter tales that are wonderful. The cover is sublime !

One of the least satisfying triad romances I've ever read. It's rushed so there's very little, if any, character development, and the final scene with the guys finally all coming together was lackluster and abrupt.

Wow! Me imaginaba que habría más en la relación entre Nicholas y Adam, pero no esperaba ver a aparecer a Kaden, él es perfecto. Y al final Nicholas consigue lo que quería desde el principio.
La parte de dramatismo en esta historia me ha dejado con muchas ganas de ver un panorama más amplio de la situación de las parejas que conocí en los libros anteriores, pero no estoy segura si la autora piensa escribir más libros.
Por otra parte, también me he quedado con ganas de ver más de la relación del trío protagonista, que me parece de lo más romántico. Muy recomendable.

It was good, but the ending felt a little abrupt, like there was more but it was cut off from the book. Also, is that the end of the series? Usually, the books set up the relationship for the next book, but this one didn't really do that.

I DNF at (chapter 6, 50%), :- / The history is forgettable. I didn't like, alpha Adam, Nicholas, or Kaden. I tried to, and why are the mates running from the alpha, must be something there, a bit violent, attacked Nicholas brother Damon, lol. Even Kaden considered leaving, although I understand his side. I would do the same. Where were the love ? 😂

So ok maybe the beginning of Nicholas's mating could have gone better and maybe he should have followed his mate instead waiting too long. Maybe a lot of things could have gone better but you know what? In the end..ahh in the end...yeah baby! I loved this story. Not only did we get to cringe through some of the "not too great moves" but we also got to witness a great love found, greater than expected AND we got to see old friends from previous books...always love that.I highly recommend this book!

Fun quick read

This was a cute book. There was a little drama, and a lot of angst. The characters were straightforward and fun.
