This book is mostly rooted in the work of Yogi Bhajan and offers Shikh models of healing on various issues. This, combined with some psychotheraputic frames of reference, overall leaves a lot lacking in really providing something applicable to the every day therapist or counselor. While I appreciate the overall ideas of looking at alternative approaches to issues such as eating disorders, and bipolar dissorder. I feel that many of the interventions are a bit short sighted, and overly simplistic.
