I read this just one day before an interview. Reader-friendly, brief, not speechy and practical. The book made me feel fully equipped going for the interview.
Among great tips that I learned from the book:
1. Be prepared with the 5 common question. (tell me about yourself, what you see yourself in 5 years time, your weakness, your strength, what you can contribute to the company)
2. Balance the power. Be dignified. Make it not you the only one that being interviewed instead find out whether you really want to 'hire' the company as your boss.
3. Familiarize with your CV and certificates. Prepared to be question on what you write on your resume.
