I got this as a present from Bridget, but I'm not sure if it was a graduation or moving out present or what. It doesn't have wheat allergy listed, but instead gluten, which is different. I'm not very adventurous in the kitchen or I would probably use this all the time.

Some of the recipes may be a little bland but if you want to ease your allergy problems, they are well worth trying.
