a. Count like coins to $1.00

Explanation: This book shows the value of each coin and also each of the bills. It is a great supplement to a math lesson reviewing each coin. The pictures use real coins and current bills making it easy for students to recognize in the real world.

Rationale: I loved that the book took the time to show each coin representing $1.00. There is a stack of 100 pennies, 20 nickels, 10 dimes, 4 quarters, 2 fifty cent pieces, a dollar coin and a $1 bill.
