The ideas presented in this book are incredibly important: The future of our society hinges on the ability of future adults to engage in rigorous, focused, evidence-based discourse. Fortunately for us, the book's authors also provide concrete strategies to implement in pursuit of such lofty ideals both in the classroom and elsewhere.

This text can easily be read cover to cover in the span of a couple of days, and doing so is likely to have great positive impact on students' cognitive and social development. Highly recommended for teachers who really want to help their students (and themselves) grow!
