Very informative book that I check back with all the time and easy to read and understand. Almost feel like I'm reading a text book from school but in the way that I'm glad I learned from it!
I am pretty much a fan of any type of book I can reference to in order to find ways to maintain a healthy body and/or share remedies or advice in order to get well. This book is good for that and I was happy when my dad gave me his copy. It's a good handbook.
As with many of the health and medical books I own, I have reads parts of them according to information I needed at that time. I am marking them as "Read" and they are all 5 stars!
