"I Loved This Story and Hope to Hear More"
"The First Door" was a fun and adventurous listen. I loved the premise of the story where he gets called upon by his uncle Vincent. And then there's the book. The characters were great especially the protagonist Benjamin.
This is a nice piece by Rain Oxford and I hope to hear more of the story. I found it intriguing and enjoyable. I only wish this one had been a bit longer.
Evan Harris did a super job narrating this story. His voice fit Benjamin perfectly. ...more

Super Cute!!! I loved this little story, and cant wait for ep2! Ben gets a letter from his Uncle...and visits...his Uncle is interested in Ben's bloodline...he says Ben is powerful...well Ben takes his word for it and ends up in an alternate world...where there are Fairies, Wizards and apparently a Scorned Wicked Witch....SUPER DUPER FUNNY!!!!

now i am hooked. This was such a great, easy and creative book. i was hooked after the first page.
The characters were easy to fall in love with and follow, along with the story. the author made the mental visions so easy and vivid of the surroundings and the characters actions felt so real.
i would highly recommend this author and this book.

The First Door is the first book in The Book Chronicles series by Rain Oxford and A.M. Oxford. When Benjamin Crosse’s long lost uncle reaches out to him for help, he does not know what to expect. His uncle tries to tell him that things are not as they seem. It is not until Benjamin ventures through a mysterious door that he starts to believe his uncle.
