Take a peek into the back room
I'd been wanting to read this book for awhile, expecting to see the "back room" of dog training, so to speak. The parts that get left on the cutting room floor in the dog training TV shows. The stories they DON'T share in training books.
I wasn't disappointed. It had me snickering in several stories, with my favorite being "Impeccably Trained Owner Awards." This was a fun read!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the anecdotes of the author’s experience with dog training. She gives valuable insight into a dog’s behavioural problems and what is required by pet owner’s to rectify them. What can I say...I really enjoyed reading the adventures of a dog trainer! Pretty much the whole book backs up the saying of "its not the dog its the owner!" Especially in the chapter "things that make you go...hmmm!" This section details and unbelievable scenario that I actually had to read twice...did she honestly say that??? If your a dog lover this book is a must read, if not give it a go anyway!

I thought this book was excellent very witty and a good insight to a dog trainer. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this book as once you start reading it I could not put it down until it was all read. Looking forward to the next one.

Some really funny moments in this little book, giving a good insight to some of the pit falls of being a dog trainer. Great read for dog lovers.
