Five college housemates-brainy Rachel, sporty Jessie, angry Darlene, quiet Gwen, and mysterious Annamaria.

One ordinary evening at home, engaged in their various pursuits-studying, showering, watching a program about serial killers.

Eight little words... "I bet we could get away with it."

It was just an offhand remark. The next thing they know... there they are a body a

Very entertaining!

8 words can change your life, just ask Gwen, Annamaria, Jessie, Rachael, or Darlene. These college roommates were each very different but came together for an epic unforgettable journey. Humor, suspense, gore, and more, check it out for yourselves. Highly recommend to all fans of modern horror!

Murder Girls by Christine Morgan completely took me by surprise, and I love that. It came to my attention because it was edited by my internet-bestie (she might not feel the same way so don’t tell her I said that) Melodie Ladner. I'm giving MURDER GIRLS and Christine Morgan 5 stars. And - well - why not! I love horror that makes me laugh. Strong writing capturing the dark minds of women to which many of us can relate, even if we don't want to admit it. I found the characters realistic and relatable, which may make this story a little uncomfy for some ... but it made me smile, and keep reading, and hope to see more from Morgan in the future. Pick up a copy!

Screwed up! Interesting take on how we all have a little demon in us all and exactly how little it would take to let it loose. That and the effect of crowd mentality or peer pressure. Looks like sequels are intended? I would read!!

Shelves: horror
Very cruel and unrealistic depiction of a fat women's studies major + unsatisfying ending marred an otherwise interesting story about 5 college girls who try their hand at becoming serial killers.
