About the author

John Jamieson grew up and still lives in Metro Detroit, Michigan; now with his wife and two sons. He was a college dropout that was determined to find his place. John began investing in real estate at 21 yrs old and that began his successful career as a real estate investor and agent. He went on to train others on how he achieved success in those fields. However, John is a great believer in personal and professional growth and has invested (and continues to) time and money into learning what works for others and how he can apply that information to his own growth and success as well as expanding his own knowledge base.
John went on to travel across the United States and Canada speaking at seminars and selling his training programs. To reach a wider audience he decided to write a book, The Perpetual Wealth System, that combined two of his favorite topics; wealth creation and preservation with real estate.

Read this over a few days. The author, John Jamieson, is more conservative in his wealth building techniques. He has a chapter for each technique he discusses then also explains how some of them can work together. If you are interested in real estate for growing your wealth this has several chapters dedicated to alternate methods in doing so; including how to finance your purchase. John discusses Whole Life insurance and how this can be utilized to help achieve financial goals. There is also info on self-directed IRA's which you really don't hear much about from traditional sources. John references his website several times throughout the book to go to for other information. I did so and found some of it readily available and other times I needed to enter a code from the book to access it. He stresses to actually do something with the information and not to just close the book and be done because you won't achieve your financial goals without some sort of action. I believe that holds true whether you decide to contact his office for more info (as that is an option as well) or decide to explore more on your own and make that step into real estate for example or into any other new avenue in your life.
