Nothing groundbreaking here, though there were some nice reminders of how to effectively teach the kids we have in front of us.

A good overview of ideas Greg and Jay have been developing and talking over for some time - but nice to get it all in one place. Useful step by step guidance for processes, and some really interesting ideas on 'preferred future' visioning.

It's almost a great read with many links to practical tools. I almost loved the entire book, except the last chapter. It feels like, the last chapter is written to introduce a product.
