How’s your classic picture book section? Got all those Margaret Wise Brown rediscoveries and reprintings? Here’s another to add that has simple drawings, cute storyline and easy to read sentences. Basically, the dog and cat run into each other while their owners are out for a walk, and the dog gives chase. They wreak havoc throughout the whole story, and kids will enjoy seeing what was upset on the page, as the illustrations say more than the words do.

You are fascinated by the chaos wrought in this book, and especially enjoy the first snap and whee of the animals' initial escape.
