Undressed to the Nines, overall, provided an engaging read with a strong female character as the protagonist. It was refreshing to see a female who enjoyed her beauty, used it to her advantage, also be intelligent, strong-willed, and able to think on her feet. The two hardly ever mix as well as they did in this novel.

That is not to say this is the perfect thriller, because its not. A few of the pieces didn’t fit toge

Usually it takes something that truly offends me to make me give a book a 1-out-of-5. This time it’s just the gloriously awful gestalt of the thing. Schadenfreude kicked in or else I don’t think I’d have been able to finish it.

The dialogue drove me insane. The balance with summary was terrible. There were a lot of conversations that alternated dialogue with dialogue summary all over the place; it was awkward and stilted. It also made it seem like the author was baldly manipulating the conversati

Never a dull moment.

Although I think the title does not catch a reader’s eye, I found this to be a mystery that moves quickly, gives many twists in subplots that intrigues the reader, is well written and not so long that the reader gets bored before getting to the end.

His heroine is Drew Sterling, a fantastically beautiful young blond, who makes her living posing as a model, and oft times quite nude. Her father who is deeply immersed in politics is totally frustrated with her since he really wan

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

Drew finds herself on the run for her life after she opens a flash drive containing highly sensitive information. Information that got the original author killed. Information that could ruin the career, and the life, of her married lover politician.

For a first time author, not a bad start! I enjoyed this tale of political intrigue, of people doing things that, to most of the world would be considered crimes against huma

So, we received a review request for Undressed to the Nines....and I almost rejected it. In fact, another member of the blog had already sent the author a "rejected" email, when I just so happened to go back through all of our rejects to see if anything caught my eye. Boy am I glad that I did.

The blurb/synopsis wasn't bad....beautiful girl caught up in some sort of illegal military research that leads to a reporter going missing and more than likely a little bit of political involvement/cover up

I loved this book. I was sent a copy to read because of my love of Bosch and Mitch and other mystery thrillers. This book measured up. The main character is Drew Stirling, a beautiful blonde, who gets mixed up in a conspiracy and winds up with a flash drive containing the data but can't get anyone to believe her. When her friend winds up missing and she tries to get her parents to help her, they think she's lying. They are huge supporters of the congressman involved. The book isn't long, 270 pag ...more

I've never been big on political books, but this one was really good. It was written very well and kept me enthralled from page one.

It follows Drew a young woman who finds a thumb drive filled with bad information about a congressman. She then leaves and has to come up with a plan to survive what she found out.

I really enjoyed this book. It was full of action. It was deeply enthralling and kept me reading. I couldn't put it down. I would love to see what comes next in Drew's story....Stormi
